Specifically took my daughter here for her favourite treat twice and they were out both times. Annoying!! How can they just have zero cookies.

The coffee was cold and the sugar was not stirred or no sugar was put in, the sandwich was terrible, put together very sloppy this is not the first time usually its not discovered before you drive away, they pay more attention to drive thru than the people in the store wont ever go back

My wife and I visit Monday through to Friday at 10:30 am. Monday and Tuesday, we receive great service from Carol. The rest of the week, the service is just ok. 9 out of 10 times, there is no yogurt.

I had a Habanero chicken wrap very less quantity compared to other Tim Hortons. I asked manger(Ranjit) about refund begore even i took a bite she refused.

Pretty decent Tim Hortons, compared to some other locations in the vicinity. This one is usually a safe bet to get well-made food in a quick fashion

Went through the drive-through and the people completely messed up my order after I clarified several times what I wanted and the bag they used for my buddies food had been used once already as their was food stains on it that we definitely hadn’t ordered

Pros: Location is central in the northend of Saskatoon. Lots of parking. The staff is always friendly/helpful.Cons: Location is usually pretty busy. Consistently makes incorrect orders, or half your order. Rushes you through the drive thru and gets you to park and wait for your food, but then brings the wrong order anyways.

This company (as well as other restaurants' )with apps has very little functuality, if it will open, so that you could try to use it. It is very unfunctional. I had to get an employee to see why I could not get one of my meals on the special pricing offered to me in the app. Something needed to be shut off in the app in order for me to be able to place the order with the deal price! Then if you have more than one Tim's reward number, I had lost my card then started a new one. I found my card, I wanted to merge all the points together on my acct. I can not do it.Maybe I am app challenged? It seems that they make the app so that it is harder to get the free or marked for less items. I was so frustrated that I deleted this app from my phone for about a year... I decided to see if the newer app functions better. So I redownload the app. It will not even open on my phone, even when in a Tim Hortons on their wifi! I tried reopening the app with the wifi turned off. Still will not open. Maybe I need a newer operating system on my phone? Why does it have to be difficult to use your meal deal? I also had trouble turning my auto free drink by retrieving points on or off. Once set, it was very difficult to change the setting.

The have used the drive through and I've been served in person at this location. Pro's: The drive through is efficient and quick, never had problems with my orders. The location is extremely clean, which as a food store should be the norm. Cons: The staff are really pleasant but like all Tim Hortons locations their focus is on the drive through, so you may wait a bit to be served in person. But if you're not in a rush thelocation is really pleasant and clean.
