Amazing warranty service. I sent my binocs to them to fix the rubber eye pieces. They did that, PLUS replaced the lenses because they were scratched... and recommended that I don't clean the lenses with my T-shirt (Oh they were good at guessing that I did that!). The binocs came back looking and feeling like new. I bought these Vortex binocs because of the warranty, and that is the best decision I've made. Back to wonderful bird watching.

I bought a scope unaware it had been damaged! I sent the scope back to vortex and within 2 weeks had a new scope ! They were fantastic to deal with ! Constent updates on shipping! Own lots of vortex products and would deal with them again !

My viper hst had some damage to the glass so I mailed the scope to vortex and filled out the simple form online.I was familiar with vortex’s warranty policy, but had not experienced their service. I was amazed at how effortless it was- friendly and helpful by phone, they told me exactly what to do. I mailed the scope, they fixed it in less than 1 week, and I received it within 3 days of them shipping it.This experience cemented vortex as my favourite scope manufacturer. Affordable but high quality, with unmatched customer service. I rave about it to all my hunter friends. Thanks Vortex!

Just used the VIP warranty for an optic. Fast responses, questions answered by email, and a new optic has been mailed to me at no cost, with no fuss! Haven't recieved it yet, as it had to cross the country... but very happy thus-far!

I normally don’t write reviews but I had to make a point to do so in this case. I shipped off a red dot that was having illumination issues a week ago today and they sent me a confirmation email when they received it. The issue must have not been worth the repair as the sent me a brand new red dot to replace mine. I received it today exactly one week from when I shipped it. I have lots of Vortex optics and will definitely be purchasing more in the future.

Hands down the best customer service I've ever had and such a breath of fresh air.I recently had an issue with a tripod adaptor that I was using, the quick release system kept breaking and wouldn't hold my Vortex bino's or spotting scope steady. The system I was using was deprecated so instead of asking me to buy a new tripod, they sent over exactly what I needed to convert my old system to the new for free - all in time for an upcoming hunt. Unbelievably awesome. I already run Vortex glass on both bino's and spotting scope, but this just solidified that decision and I'll be a life long customer for sure.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Darryl assisted me with my optic and went into extremely fine detail about questions I had about my optic and other optics.Best customer service I've seen in a very long time. No surprise vortex is already rated a 5 star company their level of customer service compared to other scope manufacturers ( won’t mention any names but it’s starts with a big L” )I had the pleasure of dealing with Darryl Wilson he was very patient and explained all steps needed to have scope repaired. The turn around time was incredibly fast! The scope is in perfect working order!! I just honestly can’t say enough about this company!! Great job guys! This is the reason i buy from vortex and will continue to buy from them in the future!! Thanks again
