Completely butchered 2 of my Gucci belt. I lost weight and needed them shorten. He cut the wrong size, used different thread colour and really ugly stitching. When I told him about it, he said “don’t worry it gets covered, no one is going to see it”. Became very rude and belligerent. Just look at his store, should’ve know this was not a professional setting.

Be warned! They will take your money on false promises. We brought a pair of boots to be stretched. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Charged us money upfront. Took a week to have done. When we went there, the boots had not been stretched properly. We were not happy with the horrible service. Very very very rude employees working here and refused to give us our money back for this horrible service. Be warned. SCAM ARTISTS!!What was funny, when we were there. There were 6 other people in line. We listened to almost all of them complain of the horrible service and asked for money back. The employee there refused and argued with every single person. He even took some poor guys money to cut a key that didn't cut right. Then had the audacity to tell him he can't get his money back that he has a business to run and to leave his store.Please avoid this place for another shoe repair shop. Do your research and NEVER give money upfront until the job is done.SCAM!!!

Wanting fee up front to fix 2 belts.Rude. Would not give him up front fee. Who pays for services that are completed...Took it to another shoe repair. Was 25. Both belts...go somewhere else.

This is a review on designer handbag repair. In May 2016, I dropped off 1 Gucci and 4 Chanel bags for various services totally $780. After 3 months, I was told I can pick up the items but when I arrived some were not were not ready while others had problems. I followed up on a regular basis where each time the items were not ready and they promised me I can pick it up or they will deliver them the following week. I was at the store at least 5 times because they told me I can go in for pick up just for me to find that the items were still not ready. Fast forward to December 2016 - after a tough discussion, they finally finished up and I took home the items in unsatisfactory state as I can't deal with them anymore.Two of my bags are completely ruined due to poor quality and messy work - dye in wrong places, uneven dye, missing spots, etc . One of the bags had to be redyed multiple times as he used the wrong dye and the soft Chanel leather is not dried and ruined. The other bags might as well not have been touched as they are in the same state as when I bought them in. They were condensing telling me they lost money on the job and handwork can't be perfect. I have used other repair shops so I know this quality of work is subpar. Trust me and take your designer bags somewhere else unless you want to throw money down the drain.Similar to the other reviewer, I heard numerous client complaints every time I was in the store.PS: maryam vafaei below is his wife.Red Bag - Uneven marks and scratchesBlue Bag - Undyed portions and uneven coloringBlack Bag - Redyed multiple times due to wrong dye being used. Bag is now hard as a rock. Inside of bag has dye marks through out due to dirty things and not taking care while working.
