very nice Reno Depot. This one and the one in Laval are probably the nicest of all the Area. Also the parking lot is very organized. Please AVOID go to the one in 1011 Rue Du Marche-Central.

The most rude, unfriendly, arrogant employee is in the plumbing section of Reno Depot Anjou. He humiliated me and would not provide any help because he thought my question was not worth his time. He made me feel embarrased in front of other customers. So I just walked away. This is NOT how you treat customers!

Every single time I walk out of Reno Depot Anjou I am completely satisfied. Every single employee helps out! Today I dealt with Roger! Merci Roger! Other times I was serviced by Alain! Merci Alain pour ton excellent service! Alain is taking his retirement & I hope his amazing qualities are passed on to the younger employees! Thank you & I wish other businesses train their employees on great customer service! Bravo Reno Depot!

I only come here if I don't find what I need at Home Depot. Had a couple of situations there where I guess the employees must of gotten up from the wrong side of the bed... Too bad, I'm sure most of the people that work there are good but I could only tell you about what I experienced. Prices are same as HDepot or sometimes more expensive.

Made few trips to pickup lumber, each time 10-15x of 5/4 10'. Requested cashier to open the door and she refused. I argued that she let previous client go with smaller items, still wouldn't open the door. She has no issue letting another client pass through with a flat box 2.5'x5'x2. Dont make it language issue

Selection is great but staff is less than helpful. Most treat you as if they were bothered by your questions. Not recommended.

Very bad service. employees play hide and seek and are winning. The cut service was closed and no one has a clue when it should open with no indication of opening hours(happened twice in a row week day's and weekend...). Items was marked as many hundreds in stock but no one could find it.

Horrible service. The sales associates run and hide when they see someone coming.In addition, the store layout is confusing as hell.
