My wife and I bought a house with Mandy roughly two years ago and I feel taken advantage of.At the time, we were told that there were not many comparable sales. After the sale, we find out there was actually a comparable house sold, a whopping 1 block away, that we were never even told about.We also found out after the fact that the house directly across the street sold roughly 1.5 years before we bought, and that wasn't brought to our attention at all either. It wasn't brought to our attention because this would apparently be irrelevant, due to covid pricing. But we were also told there weren't really any comparable houses, and the ones we were shown didn't show this covid pricing"After we bought
