I have done a course here and Sky is exceptional and by far the best instructor I have come across. Have visited him couple of times after finishing the course and he has been really helpful. Would 100% recommend Winterborne to anyone looking to learn as a hobby or make a career in the bicycle industry

I brought my bike in to Winterborne Bicycle Institute to have it assembled. Sky was very knowledgeable and did a great job building my bike. He was very patient, and thoroughly explained the mechanics of the bike. Thank you again for your great work!

I just took the two day bike course in July. Although my head felt like it was going to explode at the end of the first day, it was a really informative and practical hands-on bike course. With the pandemic it was a 4:1 ratio students to instructor. We all had our own bike to work on and Sky -- I can't say enough good things about his patience, knowledge, and teaching skills. If you're contemplating taking the course, I'd highly recommend taking it. IMO if you're looking for a qualified bike mechanic/bike shop, you can't go wrong if they completed the Winterborne professional bike mechanics course.

A great experience from start to finish. The instructor was knowledgeable, generous, and skilled at explaining complex concepts to someone with no previous knowledge. Everything learned was valuable. Left with new confidence to tackle my own bike maintenance. Great facility, too!

I recently purchased a couple of nice bikes and I wanted to be able to perform some of my own service and repairs, so I enrolled in Winterborne's weekend Park Tool course. I found the instructors to be very knowledgeable as well as excellent teachers, with more patience than I could imagine. They managed to make the course both educational as well as enjoyable and I left the class with the information and skills I needed to feel comfortable working on my own bikes. I would highly recommend this course for anyone who owns a bicycle.

I had an fantastic time learning at Winterborne Bicycle Institue. Sky Maracle is a great teacher and makes the course challenging and fun at the same time. With the skills I learned from this course I could definitely build a bike from out of a box and easily find employment as a bike mechanic. I highly recommend learning from Sky Maracle at Winterborne Bicycle Institute.

Took the Park Tool weekend course. Amazing, knowledgeable and friendly instructors who take the time to fully explain and answer all of your big and small questions. Highly recommend this course for anyone who wants to maintain and repair their own bike(s).

A fun time, while trying to take in Sky's massive wealth of knowledge!! I just finished the 2-day course and it was incredible! Fun, engaging, laid back, while still packing your brain with a ridiculous amount of practical knowledge. I left the course feeling so much more confident in working on my own road bike, and my family's mountain and cruiser bikes. EVERYTHING was covered on a level that you don't feel overwhelmed, rather, empowered. I'd recommend this course over, and over, and over. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favour, and just sign up.... you won't regret it.Kyle

Just completed the weekend Park Tool course. Very informative, teaching was excellent, and I look forward to coming back in for the follow-up day with my own bike(s). This is great foundation training for any home mechanic.
