Laurie is amazing! I had some issues with filing my GST/HST tax and within one phone call she gave me the steps to safely send her some documents over email and to allow her to file on my behalf. This was around 12noon. She kept in communication with me via text and was able to file my tax by the end of the day for a very reasonable price. She is a lifesaver, and I would recommend anyone who needs tax help or advice to reach out to Tax Pro Niagara!

This is my second year using Laurie's services and I truly wish I had found her sooner! Not only is she pleasant to speak with, she is also amazing at what she does! As a returning client, a simple return was completed in just over 5 minutes. The Dropbox link provided makes sending required documents a breeze. Laurie provides excellent communication and exceptionally quick responses. Thank you so much for taking the stress out of tax time!

She really has no clue how to fill out business returns. She will pretend she doesn't know how to figure out basic computations. Either that or she is truly ignorant. We tried her for a couple of years then went elsewhere.I stand by my review. She may not know my google identity, but I have definitely used her services, 2 years in a row.

Laurie is one of the most professional individuals that I have had the pleasure to deal with. She is all hands on deck for her clients and will go above and beyond to ensure they are satisfied. It was very comforting having her slowly explain the process and answer every single question I had along the way to make sure I understood. She arranged to call me when it was convenient for me which meant late in the evening. I will be using her services every time from now on. The rates were extremely affordable compared to a lot of other businesses and the quality was 10/10.
