It's amazing how much you realize you don't know about the water you're drinking until you have a chat with Donna. She got me on the Alkaline water and I'm hooked. Thank you Donna, for taking the time to educate me, and for the quick delivery response time. Great water and awesome service!

The staff and management here are amazing to work with! We had a rather odd request of ice delivery to help alleviate the strain the hot weather has put on our ice machines at 2 of our Tim Hortons restaurants- Caleb was amazing to deal with while I was phoning in an order of 80 bags and Rhiannon was extremely pleasant to deal with while setting up a bi-weekly delivery. I would recommend 200%!!!!!

This place is awesome! I did my research and found this location and specific water store to be the best deal for filtered water. Buckey is a very helpful individual and the establishment is conveniently located off the main road. The price for a 5 gallon water is only 3 dollars if you fill up yourself. I like that you can fill up yourself whenever you want even when the store is closed.

Dealing with Donna and her crew at water express has been fantastic! They are always laughing, positive, and super helpful with my questions. You might think your current water is good quality, or that you have a good home filter...till you talk to Donna! Allow her to educate you, save you some health issues and maybe even money. Also, she has many other helpful water and health related products in her store. Water Express is definitely Grande Prairie's water authority, and worth checking out!

I personally want to thank Rhi with Water Express for all she does for Big Brothers Big Sisters and for the community as a whole. The staff at Water Express are always professional, friendly and easy to deal with. Is is clear that they have adopted a 'Customer First' policy and it shows in the way they treat their customers every day. I highly recommend them for all your bottled water needs and they even have ice in bulk for events!.
