I highly recommend Dr Chow and her office; they do an amazing job! I just got my braces off after 2 years and am extremely pleased with the results. The office is clean and staff are friendly and professional; overall and excellent experience!

This place is great! Everything is clean, COVID friendly and really really efficient. My teeth were originally extremely messy, I practically had two layers of teeth. However, in just a short two years, they manage to get my smile to become one of the greatest I have ever seen :) Today I got my braces removed, and I am extremely happy with the results. They made no mistakes and were very understanding when it came to teeth pain or broken braces. I really recommend this place and I am very happy I managed to find Dr. Chow's orthodontist clinic.

I had my braces done here over 11 years ago when I was 12 years old. It has left me permanently disfigured. As a 12 year old, I received 0 respect from the orthodontists working there. I was born missing 1 front tooth (it just never grew in), and when I brought this up to the orthodontists, they brushed it off and didn't care at all. They said to pull out 4 of teeth anyway and shuffled me out. After removing 4 of my teeth like they said, I came back for the procedure to get my braces on. During this procedure, one of the orthodontists made a surprised comment stating one of my front teeth was missing (even though I told them beforehand, and they took X-rays and everything). Despite this, the orthodontists never fixed this issue.Now, my lower row of teeth have 1 tooth in the middle of my face (and doesn't match my upper teeth) which is obviously asymmetric and unsettling. Not only this, but they shaved down my canine teeth without telling me and without my consent. When they moved on to shaving down my front teeth, I had to yell to finally get them to stop. They said they just wanted to smooth out all my teeth for it to look nice, disregarding whether or not I wanted my teeth shaved down to look nice". Now

It's really a bad experience. It made me feel like I was being cheated. First, it is ridiculously expensive. Consultation cost $500, while other clinics are free. For the Phase 1 treatment of orthodontics, it is twice as much as other clinics. Secondly, other orthodontists gave very patient and meticulous treatment plans based on X-rays and 3D models of teeth during for consultation. But the doctor in this clinic only said a few words and threw us to the front desk, telling us to go back and wait for the results. If your dentist recommends you or your child to do orthodontics, be sure to consult several more, otherwise you will not know who is a reliable doctor and clinic. I would never recommend this clinic. You told me that we had to do X-Ray and 3D models first before you give a treatment plan, and these will cost $500, but in fact, these two items are all included in the consultation service provided by other clinics, and they are free. Even if you do not choose this clinic, you will not be charged any fees. I think you know this better than I do.

The front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. I've been a patient here for years. I went back for an inquiry but they are impatient. I'm not going to be seeking their services anymore and I wouldn't recommend anyone.

As a mother of a patient and as a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Clara Chow and her office. She is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. All the staff are kind and professional. The atmosphere is relaxing and makes people feel welcome and not nervous. She has been taking care of my patients for years, and every one of them were satisfied. Very good experience working with her and I feel confident referring my patients to see her.

Thank you everyone!! Just took off my braces yesterday ( before my due date ) and as a pregnant woman I can’t tell how thankful I am. They’re kind, thoughtful, professional and most importantly they really take good care of me at each appointment during my pregnancy. And with no doubt I’m highly satisfied with the result of my treatment.

We have been going to Markham Orthodontic Specialty for almost 3 years now and there is no other better for us!My son had his extra tooth removed here by Dr. Lin (referred by our pediatric dentist) and I just finished my 2 year Invisalign treatment by Dr. Chow. The results are excellent and Dr. Chow was willing to redo 2 additional sets of trays to fine-tune the results free of charge. Thank you!!!The front desk staff is always friendly and the assistants who leads us in always greets us with a smile.
