Sooo disappointed that this builder didn’t get the occupancy permit from the city on the occupancy date!!! We booked moving trucks, we booked elevator, we packed everything….. it’s soo frustrating! And nobody even notified us about the delay. No communication from the builder whatsoever! Our lawyer and we all have been trying to call many times until someone picked up the phone and the only answer we got was to talk to your lawyer. Very disappointed!!!

As part of Superstars Realty team, we work with a lot of pre-construction developers. Times Group Corp is one of the most reliable developers in Canada. Their reputation and quality are top notch, schedules are always on time. I've been selling Times Group projects for few years and their staffs are all friendly, professional and helpful. I will continuously selling their products without any concern.

Times Group Corporation is all about selling without the intent of delivering quality product. They have terrible workmanship - this is a multi project company who hires individuals who does a horrible job. In my opinion, they hire the cheapest trades individual to do the job. Also, these individuals like to take short cuts when finishing a home. When examining my home, I found many defects and things were not even completed properly. Such instance would include: door/door frames are not even sealed properly, especially the top of the frame and it was considered as normal" aging of the home. My home was brand new at that time and such "aging" would only occur after a year and years to come. There is excess paint all over the home

Almost 4 months have passed, Time Group Corporation continues to show how UNRELIABLE, IRRESPONSIBLE they were in addressing the 30-Day Tarion Claim.During the past 4 months, I have had to move out of my own property numerous times to allow the contractors to repair the house. The contractors hired by Times Group were careless in their workmanship and have damaged my property while working on the claimed items. Times Group response was that “I CANNOT CONTROL MY CONTRACTORS!”.One of Times Group’s contractors was clearly under the influence of marijuana (the smell was very strong), and attended at my property to work on the claimed item and damaged my walls. Again, Times Group responded and said “I CANNOT CONTROL MY CONTRACTOR” and also said that unfortunately the damage of the wall was not included in the 30 Day claim and they have no responsibility to fix the wall even it was damaged by their contractor.To date, there are still remaining items I claimed on the 30 Day claim have yet been addressed.Last week, the issue with this NEW home has reached to a new point. Have a look at the picture. Screws and bolts fell off from the handle of the garage door. OMG…. This is brand new property and not a 4 or 40-years old property. I guess I was lucky that neither me or my car was going through the garage!!! What if the garage door fell off on the roof of my car or on me? I will have no ability to share this builder’s SLOPPY work with you. I have contacted them for a week now and NO ONE bother to respond or attend to fix this issue.Based on my experience:1) Is Times Group a good builder – NO! They are irresponsible and money grabber2) Is Times Group Accountable – NO! They will only drop the responsibility on the Contractors, but Times Group hires the Contractors, they are and should be accountable in the quality of work provided.3) Are Times Group’s houses worth to buy – NO! Poor quality in workmanship and poor customer service.4) Are Times Group’s houses safe – NO!Think twice!!! Umm…..think over a million times …. Before you buy from this builder!!!______posted 3+ months ago:This is a very irresponsible builder. I will never buy it from them, never ever again.I just got into interim closing of this new townhouse. They were rushing to do the interim closing. Nothing I advised them at the PDI was fixed. They just want the money, the interim occupancy fees. The townhouse was nowhere ready to close.They promote the townhouse as luxury townhouse but nothing inside found luxury. Doors & flooring are cracked. No door handles. Wiring are hanging out. Screws are following outside and inside of cabinets.... and much more bad things to share!There should be NOOOOO star, but i have to give at least one so that I can put this post.Pictures available!!

The latest purchase of Pavilia Park Townhouse is one of my biggest and best investments by far. In the past, I have purchased new homes over 6 times from different builders. Times Group Corporation is the builder giving us very impressive service, excellent responsive, best quality and outstanding professional services provided.It has been couple of months after my first comment, I would like to reconfirm and emphasize that the builder and the services team are really top professional team which I have encountered so far. Following is the experience I would like to share:1.) I moved to this new townhouse by end of June 2020, it only took about 3 months, all the items on the Tarion Warranty list was cleared. And I am very satisfied with the work performed professionally. It’s my ever first time a builder completely finished with no more item on the Tarion Warranty list now. It’s really amazing.2.) A number of times, the builder called me to confirm if I am available for their worker coming to fix something that I don’t even aware of. This is eye opening which never happened in my past experience with all my previous builders.3.) Sometimes when I came across their head of service team, he is kindly reminded me that their workers is currently fixing the outdoor items for this location, I need to check if any areas need to be addressed, so that their worker can address the issues right away.After all, this is the best professional group I would like to recommend to everyone.

I am very disappointed in this company.I am a unit owner at Riverview Condo in Markham.I was offered to be on the waiting list for the EV parking spot as these parking spots were sold out on the first day of the announcement. I have been waiting for a long time and have suddenly received an email saying an EV parking spot was available. However, the price was double the original offered price, and in addition, in order to qualify to get the parking spot, I need to be an owner or hold a lease of an EV vehicle.Other unit owners who were also on the waiting list were able to get the EV parking spot at the original price and without restrictions. This is unfair. What is the purpose of being on the waiting list if we don't receive the same treatment? If your plan was to price gouge, then you should not have placed us on the waiting list.As a builder that has been in the business for over 30 years, Times Group should have some ethics. I am extremely disappointed in the way your company is handling this EV parking situation.

I have bought my first condo from Times Group back in 2007. From 2007 till now, i have bought from Times Group for myself and family more than 10 properties. Their workmanship and customer/sales service are excellent. I love Times Group!! Thank you for building our dream home for us!!

I am quite impressed with the quality of service at the sales office. Sofie and her team were very professional, and more importantly they took the time to explain to my client some of the key aspects of the project. They have been extremely kind, responsive and cooperating, which is a great plus for agents trying to sell preconstruction units.
