Absolute lack of respect for time. Heart specialist. Got the appo after a few months. Appo was at 10:30am. Asked reception approximate delay. She guesses 20 min. Dr. Was already with a patient. That patient came out at 10:50 am. Asked the receptionist how many more. There were 2 more. If you put things together, at least another 1 hour and 10 min more. Altogether he is late by 1 hour and 40 min. Lack of timeliness to this extent indicates indiscipline with will lead to carelessness and cannot be relied upon.This not a review of quality as I cancelled the appointment to commit to my scheduled items.

Dr. Darcel is an excellent and very knowledgeable Cardiologist who managed an intricate medical issue very well. His office is well run, service is prompt and covers everything that is needed. We have never experienced long delays and always found him to be thoughtful and willing to impart knowledge.

Dr. Darcel has been my mainstay Cardiologist since 2009. I have watched as he has always taken time to give each patient the necessary time their care requires. This can translate into longer than anticipated wait times, as he never rushes his patients; but it is worth the wait. His first question is always How are you feeling?" He is up to date on all the latest cardiovascular research

Dr. Darcel was absolutely wonderful during my phone consult with him. Kind, compassionate and so thorough. He took the time to explain everything to me and is very gentle and reassuring in his approach. I feel I am in good hands in his care and am grateful to have him as part of my medical team.

I think it is disgusting to force people to make an appointment on line. As a matter of fact I will look for another cardiologist. Not being able to reach his office by phone is downright ridiculous.

Dr Darcel is very kind, courteous,respectful and runs on time. He takes the time to explain things to you. The office staff are also very prompt, respectful and kind. I would recommend Dr Darcel to my friends and family! Thankyou.
