Poor quality of service. From delivery people who pretend to buzz in and then don't come up to deliver. To poor pick up experience where they literraly close the register at your face and say we are closed for the day and your parcel is right there...

When I want to refund my money order here, however, to my surprise they do not have enough cash to refund! I wait for a week and then finally I got the refund from another branch very quickly.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service! Karina was “helping” me, yet felt more like an ambush. Laughed under her breath, rolled her eyes and was the antithesis of helpful. She saw I was waiting for a while and continued to purposely take her time when all I had to do was pick up a package. Terrible demeanour, terrible service!

Absolutely dreadful service. Took a parcel with a Canada post QR code and was supposed to leave it for them to do the rest as it states on the email from Canada Post.They refused to adhere the label they printed then tried to sell me tape.Dreadful.

First. I was waiting for my package for about a MONTH, which suppose to come in 3-4 days. Second. I am at home all the day, yet nobody called and just left a Delivery Notice. Third. When I came to pick it up next day I couldn't receive it, because it just turned 3:58 pm to 3:59 pm. I understand that the office is closing, but one parcel that I have been waiting for a MONTH! Most of all that disturbed me, was the attitude of the current personnel! It would never happen with the previous staff and I use the services of this office for many years. Please train your personnel to smile and, at least, say I am Sorry" to your customers!"
