Arul was very professional and efficient . I also saw he is a genuine individual, and trustworthy during his time assisting me with my house repair. I also appreciated he kept with the price he quoted and did not find some cause to increase it. I am definitely using him soon for more work.

I had an electrical situation that I had foolishly tried to DIY and it was late at night when I submitted a request via the Home Depot request request service for an electrician for the following day. Arul responded immediately and was very accommodating, booking a time to come the following day. He rearranged his day to come and fix my issue, and in the window of time I had between my hectic work schedule. He was fast, did perfect work, so kind, and very reasonably priced. I didn’t think it was going to be possible to get someone out so quickly, but not only did he respond to my urgent request, he was so professional and personable that we will definitely call him again for other home improvements we are considering doing in our home. I’m grateful that we were connected with such a fantastic business and individual via that Home Depot request form! If I could give him ten stars I would!UPDATE:I recently tried to DIY a plumbing project (definitely should have learned my lesson, right? But no.) called Arul again (he is my go to guy for EVERYTHING now!) and he was able to fix a complex issue that we would not have been able to fix on our own. He is fast, skilled, very kind and friendly and best of all his fees are quite reasonable. I honestly can’t recommend him enough to anyone with any job that needs to be done. I think he is a master of everything. I wouldn’t doubt it if the guy could bake and groom dogs as well! I’d give him 20 stars if I could.

He also has a futuristic vision and provides his suggestions to make sure that we do not have to spend money on maintenance in future. The good things about him is he does not push us on anything and allows us to take an informed decision. He also completed all his work on time and with perfect quality. We are highly satisfied with his work.

We called Arul last year for fixing basement ceiling light and other small tasks. We liked his work and offered him for living and dining room flooring change and painting. We were not disappointed. He and his team did nice work. Happy to work with him again.

We had contracted the Kitchen and Bathroom work of our new house to Sanjo Construction. Mr. Arul and his team did a fabulous job. Mr. Arul has an in depth knowledge about all the aspects of renovation. He clearly explains each and every option and also provides the pros and cons of each making it very easy for us to make the choice. He also has a good design perspective. He always keeps safety as a top priority and never compromises on the quality of the work but at same time he provides various budget options for us to choose from. He also completes all his work in the promised timelines. Even with a lot of supply issues, he went out of his way to procure materials from far-off locations. Overall we are very happy with the work of Sanjo Constructions and will highly recommend him.

At first, I only posted a small job on Home Deport, and Arul contacted me. Clearly explained everything to me and come in to take a look at everything.He explained what gonna happened next, and all the choices that I can make to proceed. To be honest I don't know what I'm facing at first... Arul makes everything so clear, it makes me confident to take the next step.In the end, we redid our shower unit almost entirely, I asked him about my other shower and my kitchen.
