The staff is awesome and so helpful. The place is clean and they offer so many services and we always pick up our deliveries from there. We’ve been going there for many years now to get our laptop and phones fixed, as-well as any printing needs and will keep on going!

Very rude staff. I went there to drop my Amazon returns. They were charging 4$ for a One page printout. I had to go to Library to get the printout. Even after getting the printout to drop off, the person in charge did not stick the shipping label immediately. He asked me to leave the package and paper seperately

I've been ordering printing stuffs of all kinds for a very long time with The Ink Factory. We have always always had an an amazing experience. Owner and staff guarantee and go extra miles to provide the best service and quality they can for 100% client satisfaction. They have always been excellent with their work, transparent communication and behavior. They provide urgent services too. Very friendly and helpful, would highly recommend to all I know! 10/10 definitely!

The service is bad and entry through the door is very difficult and also very expensive. I do not advise anyone to go there for two pictures. He took 35$. He robbed me, and the pictures were ugly and terrible, as if he did not know how to take pictures with a camera, and he needed more training. He dealt with me badly, and the man deceived me. I did not get it. I hope that no one will happen to what happened to me

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I had a terrible experience at this store. They not only gave me incorrect information about the repairs needed on my laptop but also they damaged it by glueing the part with silicon instead of welding it with sober.

I cannot rave enough about this place!I had a last minute order and they were able to deliver fast within a few hours! It was quick and easy since I emailed the prints from home and didn’t have to go in. If you’re looking to save time and be at peace of mind with your print jobs I highly recommend them! I had an order from Etsy and the print came out perfect! Thank you! This will be my new go to spot!
