River Heights Preschool Centre

I am blessed to find this amazing daycare for my son. This is the best daycare in Ottawa. I visited a lot of daycares in Ottawa in order to finalize one for my son and it is my unbiased opinion that this place is exceptional. They have a great infrastructure, wonderful educators who always maintain high quality work. My son has learned a lot since he joined this daycare. All educators are more like an extended family <3. This daycare is worth much more than 5 stars. Keep up this excellent work!!!

My son spent a year here before going to real school. All of the staff were excellent. The transition from home to daycare was as easy as possible. The facilities are nice, the menu was good and the schedule was varying.A special shout out to Sherri, who made my son's stay here exceptional.

I am extremely lucky to have found River Heights. The staff are consistently amazing and have exceeded all my expectations of what I need in a daycare. I am so relieved that my child is able to receive such excellent care. River Heights is so special to us, that when I moved away from the area I continued to drive the extra distance just to keep my child enrolled here.

Sadly, it didn't work out for us. It was a truly disappointing experience. My child was kicked out of the program because she needed some extra attention the one week she was sick, after 4 great weeks. Very unfortunate. The centre did not seem to even remember when she started and their observations were completely wrong. Their professional opinion was also off mark (they concluded that she should go to home care because she was overwhelmed" by the other children)

My son loved going to that daycare and the educators are amazing... my son misses them...I never had any issues bringing him there because I knew they were taking good care of him. They are very flexible and understanding!

I am very blessed to have the opportunity to have my son in such an amazing daycare. As a parent, I feel sad that I am not able to be by my sons side and care for him at all hours of the day, relying on other people (daycare) to raise him during those working hours. Not only is the facility exceptional, but its the daycare providers that are absolutely phenomenal. To have someone care for my son with so much love and respect is all I wish for as a parent. Thank you THANK YOU for making this so easy for me. I have all the trust in the world with River Heights, that they will (and do) provide exceptional care and education for my child. I would highly recommend River Heights. My little one has been attending their preschool program for about 8 months now, and enjoys it very much. The staff are professional, dedicated and caring. They made transitioning my son from a home daycare to a centre super easy, and makes me feel at ease knowing he is in such good care while I am working.
