I have been dealing with you guys for over 6 weeks! First no one can find my car. Wrong estimate for damages and the shop had to call me in. No one giving me updates. Can’t get ahold of an adjuster. I am to move across province in one week don’t have my car, and the rental car is not big enough yet no one will contact me. IF YOU SEE THIS ASHTON CONTACT ME

Was in a car accident April 8th. To date I have sent 10 emails and left as many voicemails for the adjustor. I have 1 (ONE) email from her!!! In the last week I have said call me now and then when I got no call I asked in another 2 emails for a supervisor to call me. Nothing. The service is beyond atrocious. Automobile claims should be resolved within 30 days or the insurance company is supposed to explain to you why it isn't. That would require her to contact me. I have every call and email documented and will be escalating this even higher. Do not get insurance from this company ever.

Intact Insurance - My worst customer service experience ever!! For anything!! Anywhere!!!My home experienced a fire in our living room Aug 3rd 2022. Called in a claim to Intact insurance. Next day Shane Babulall from Onside Restorations came to scope the damage. He assured me that he’ll be sending cleaners, and big fans to clean and air out the house. 44 days later, no cleaners have ever come. He told me that a piano specialist will clean and check the piano. No one has ever come. My family has been cleaning constantly and, One month after the fire, they sent someone to swab the whole house to see how far the soot reached. That’s after we’ve cleaned all the horizontal surfaces. Both Shane from Onside and Darlene from Intact never return my calls or respond to my emails. Day after day nothing is being done to restore my home.After having no updates from Intact or Onside Restorations, I called the Intact 1800 number. Spoke to Prabhjot. She was sympathetic and left Darlene a message to call me. I received a call the next day from Darlene Skinner. She seemed to be surprised that no cleaners ever came to my house. Again, she apologized for the delays with no communications. She assured me that she would be working on my claim that day and things would progress from now on. She said that she’ll call me later that day or early the next week. Today is 7 days later and no calls from Darlene.2 weeks since they swabbed the house for soot, and said that they would be tested. Still no results. Still no call back. Still no cleaning. Still no piano cleaner. Still have no use of the affected rooms.It’s shameful that this company is allowed to get away with such poor service to people that pay big monthly premiums, just to ensure peace of mind if incidents like this should occur.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Intact Insurance and their representative Clarke Ballantine. He was rude and unhelpful in dealing with our claim. Not only did he not offer any assistance, he also denied storage fees to our shop for no legitimate reason. We have legally held the vehicle for over 50 days while they were in a dispute with the client, yet he still refused to cover the fees. I would not recommend Intact Insurance to anyone based on my experience with Clarke Ballantine.

This has been my worst experience with Auto Insurance. They upcharged me a way higher amount and their cancellation policy is highly flawed. Charged me from my account a month after my cancellation and took another month to even process my refund which was mailed and took weeks to arrive. Their customer service is unprofessional and I would suggest people to never take auto insurance from them.

Absolutely the worst. They play word games to back track out of what was promised. Rental provided only until 2 days after settlement offer is made but you don't get the money until well after leaving you to pay for extra days while you try to get another vehicle. I don't know how many can just go out and get another vehicle without the settlement money to pay for the down-payment. Called at 11am and after over 40 min on the phone was told email with link to get the funds were on the way and would be receiving it in a few min. After 4 pm call back rhey tell me it up to another 24 hrs. Funny if you don't pay your premiums they'd make a big fuss but don't hold up their end.

Unfortunately this company will waste your time and money, god forbid you ever need the company. I've spent over half a year trying to short out an accident. (not at fault)Have yet to receive reimbursement for the carseat. Will never recomend.

It's not a decent company, but what insurance company is. My car was damaged in a hail storm, and I made a claim for hail damage. I drove the car for almost 2 months after the claim, and I got a call that it was not repairable, and a tow truck was showing up to pick it up. I did receive a payout for the car, but with the Covid market we have now, I couldn't find a comparable car to replace it. Just used cars on kijiji, which is what they recommended. I m so frustrated and was left stranded, and it really isn't fair. I tried to tell them to cancel the claim, I'd buy my car back and drive as I have been, and they could care less. I was told they don't sell used cars. But it was my car! I'd give a negative star review for this horrible customer service. I don't know how you people sleep at night. No response is needed, and no, I will not contact customer service so I can sit on hold for 2 hours to talk about this.

Horrible. The worst company to deal with ever. Incompetent adjusters. Scammer contractors all working together to try not to pay anyone when stuff happens
