Ms. Crystal is amazing. We love her calm energy and her routines. She is dependable, kind, and attentive. My daughter is really shy and so she let me come and have a soft start for my girl. This made a huge difference in our big transition. I have nothing but good things to say about this day home and I recommend Ms. Crystal 100%.

We had so been looking forward to sending our child to this daycare but unfortunately due to a lack of transparency in regards to Covid vaccinations, we sadly were unable to. Once confronted about the topic, the owner/sole care provider, refused to discuss it and once we explained that we were concerned and uncomfortable with the situation, the owner stopped all communication and kept our deposit (even after my husband had done free electrical for them and had provided the daycare/their personal home with a brand new microwave). But this is the least of our concerns. As a teacher, I do fully understand the concept of freedom of choice but with the recent vaccine mandates in our province and country, I feel that concealing this from a parent who is about to leave their 9 month old infant in someone's care full time, that there should be some level of transparency, up front prior to any agreements being made. I just felt compelled to write this as I would hate to see another parent with a vulnerable child end up in a similar situation.**To update in response to the owner, you yourself told me you filled your infant spot, you also tried to extort $900 a month from another mom in order to save a spot for her child that didn't exist (we also have that in writing) and yes the work my husband did was brief but considered a service call and we also were just trying to be nice humans by not charging you for the brand new microwave and outlet checking that he did. As you stated this also happened in February prior to any vaccine roll out and yes as I have in writing I point blank asked if you were vaccinated or not. With the current mandates coming down the line this is not a private or offensive question when you yourself were going to be providing care for my infant daughter.You wanted the whole truth, well there it is.
