Tulips & Maple Ottawa

We used Tulip and Maple for our wedding and the service and product they delivered was terrible. Prior to the wedding they had promised us the world and were very kind however the day of it was a total disaster. They were missing table cloths, the chairs covers did not fit. We ran out of dessert. The bartender didn’t know the difference between alcohol. Nightmare. Save yourself and book someone better!

Tulips & Maple were one of the highlights of our wedding. The food was amazing, my guests were complimenting the dinner all night! They took extra care to make sure all our guests’ dietary restrictions were accommodated, and all the serving staff and bartenders were so friendly. We worked primarily with Taylor and Christine, and they did such a great job helping me plan everything. The cost per plate is also very fair for the excellent quality you receive. Thank you so much T&M team! :)

The initial meeting with their team was rocky, as we had a menu from their out of Ottawa location to choose our wedding food. The tasting was stressful due to the mix up in food, so I was very nervous how the wedding would go. There was a lot of back and forth and some things missed/added in the quotes so a few mix ups.However - day of - WOW. Our guests were blown away at the food. Generous portion sizes, huge number of staff helping out, very friendly staff, and quick clean up! The day of is what really mattered, so we are so happy it all came together!!

We used Tulip & Maple (Kingston location) for our wedding last weekend and were very impressed. Taylor is the contact we were dealing with throughout the planning process and she was so helpful. She worked with us to make all of our plans/vision happen and to organize everything we needed for the big day. On the day of the wedding, her and her team were phenomonal. We are still getting comments from our guests about how good the food was! The cocktail hour and dinner service ran so smoothly (despite it being a tight timeline we gave them), and we didn’t have to worry about coordinating/setting anything up. The servers and bartenders were also amazing-the energy from our guests was high right until last call and the bartenders contributed to that. We would highly recommend Tulip & Maple for your wedding catering!

Simply the best catered wedding I've been to all summer! The level of food produced on site as a mobile service was beautiful.So many well prepared creative choices and very friendly staff. I'd recommend their services to anyone looking for quality catering!!!!

From my first conversation with Heather, I knew I was dealing with a professional. She knew exactly what questions to ask to ensure that my son's wedding was catered with professionalism and ease. She helped me choose delicious canapes, organized the tables and chairs needed, and advised on the timing. On the day itself, she and her two co-workers efficiently prepared everything and were ready on cue to serve once the wedding ceremony was finished. The canapes were put together rapidly in my kitchen and were delicious! They left my kitchen spotless and were efficient and cheerful throughout. Thanks so much for making this wedding special for all of us!

Tulips and Maple prepared a few appies for a Sunday afternoon surprise birthday party for my daughter's 30th. I needed gluten-free finger food and they were very accommodating. Not only was the food delicious but the team was able to pivot and deliver on time when I realized that the wrong time had been set for the delivery. For them to be able to deliver 3 hours earlier than planned" on a Sunday morning was unbelievable and so appreciated! I would highly recommend Tulips & Maple not only for the fabulous food but for the very professional organization that they are."

Tulips and Maple catered our wedding reception and their service was absolutely wonderful! The food was so delicious. We will definitely be requesting their service again in the near future.

I engaged T&M for a bridal shower and the service provided by Heather was great. Very friendly and addressed all concerns. Overall the food was delicious and the guests enjoyed having yummy things to nibble on. There was a glitch with the timing and it was addressed to my satisfaction.
