The service in this dealership is just amazing. It seems you are buying a Rolls Royce. They make you feel special and at all times they are attentive of your needs. I really appreciate the manners, patience, courtesy and tact that William had while in charge of us. His professionalism is outstanding. Buying a car can also be an experience and thanks to William it was like that. I also want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by Chantal. My total travel time was 8 hours. I went down there yesterday to test drive a truck. I test drove an F250. I then put a 1000 hold on it as I wanted to check out other F250s in the area. I then went back to your dealership to do a deal on the truck and was told it was sold last week. If that was the case then let me know before I make the 4 hour drive from out of town. Don’t string me along. You know it’s wrong what your doing. What’s more your training others in how to do it. Very shady and bad business practices. Be real people and own it. As I’m owning my own negative reactions. I’m sure the Wheatons would not be happy by the way this dealt with. Good luck in your future dealings with people. Let this be a learning moment and be done with it, as I am done with this business.

I just wanted to let you know that Don Wheaton’s dealership is the place to go, if you want to buy new or used trucks or other vehicles . Here the sales man make you feel very welcomed by creating small positive talk during which they exhibit positive attitude as they guide you through the purchase of your new vehicle. I just traded an old Nissan truck with a used GMC Canyon Denali. I will never forget how they made everything go so quickly and so smooth. Don Wheaton, you are the best in the business, way to go!

We were contact by Carter Mozak to purchase our vehicle. It was known to him the price we wanted to get and he confirmed it was within his price range he initially provided to us.We drove the vehicle from Fort McMurray to make the deal and then were extremely low balled.There was NO inspection done of the vehicle. Carter and his co-worker got into the vehicle, drove it around the block and called it a day. They didn’t even open the hood or take it into their shop for a mechanic to look at.Steer clear of this dealership and/ or Carter. It’s one thing to be willing to negotiate but to have in writing a price and then not follow through is shady practice.

Great staff! I tried other dealers and they turned me away or couldn’t help. Martin at Don Wheaton told me right away don’t worry we will take care of everything. Once I got a truck picked out the finance women was clear spoken and very professional. I highly recommend Don Wheaton on whyte ave especially Martin sales and Chantal finance manager!

Look what I found days later after having them do an oil change on my car. You left the oil filler cap off. I have been driving around for days like this. There is oil everywhere but in the engine. Terrible service and no care for your vehicle. Would go somewhere else.
