Worst hotel ever!!! toilet did not work, mattress was itching, no microwave. The other room with microwave was very dirty, Fridge was stinky and we found empty beer can there. Another fridge has molds. Towels has human hair. The floor were not cleaned. My friend found a lot of dirty stuff and a woman's underwear under their bed when she was looking for something that fell. beddings were dirty. It appears it was not washed. We saw opened garbage bin in the hall way with flies all over the place. The hotel manager was very rude, She is an elderly lady with no courtesy or filter. If I could give this hotel 0 star I will. We canceled 2nd day reservation and this woman refused to refund us. She almost ruined our vacation for us. We saw other customer having similar experience too and the elderly lady still did not help them. I will not recommend this hotel. Don't waste your money. This hotel is nothing to write home about!!

Worst customer service, they didn’t let me use washrooms after i checked out while waiting for a ride. They said they don’t have any. How it is possible to have hotel that do not have washrooms for late/early arrivals??

I would honestly give this place a 0 if at all it were possible. The room I was in was a dive. The staff took horrendous customer service to a whole new level more than I ever imagined were possible. It started with me finding a nail someone so kindly left behind in one of the chairs in the room. The nail was pointed straight up to make sure it poked whoever sat there. After speaking to the front desk staff I was advised to push the chair outside my room door. I did so. Several hours later this woman who worked at the front desk begun knocking on the door. At which point it was around 10am and I had a few people visiting me. She asked why the chair was in the hallway and I informed her why and what I was instructed to do. She started asking if I was smoking to which I was NOT. She then would not allow me to close the door and go back to what i was doing but instead demanded that I let her check. I said NO. She still would not allow me to close the door and was preventing me from doing so physically! She barged into my room and saw that I had 3 female visitors keep in mind it's nearly 11am not pm am. She told me I had to check out (which caused me to miss a super Important interview) this woman was super argumentative and was just spoiling to have a conflict she lives and thrives for drama and chaos it'd extremely evident in the way she carries herself. I checked out as requested I had paid for more nights that was not refunded to me and needless to say my deposit was not returned to me. The room appeared to be smokey due to a vaporizer which was not being used. One of the ladies plugged it in and it began to spark and short out and started burning. The previous night a random woman who was not a guest at the hotel was over dosed in the hallway outside of my room. I had to contact them to do something about it. I would NOT recommend this place ever.

Manager came straight nto my room without knocking while I was in shower. I left shortly after. She never gave me a reason why either when I confronted her at checkout. She went and hid in backroom.Didn't get sheets for room. No toilet paper, shampoo or soap either.Not going back there to stay..

Worst place to stay in calgary! They rob you and dont clean properly, reuse shampoos nothing is clean very bad service, management was not professional. They have bed bugs, sheets from the 80' they dont sanitize anything they accommodate crackheads! Stay away from here if u care for ur health it's the biggest waste of money you will spend, id rather sleep on the road than on one of their beds.

If you are looking for a cheap hotel for even an emergency reason there are better and cheaper options than this place. The front desk lady is extremely rude and knows nothing about what is going on in the hotel or advertised online. The manager is not much better and while she is respectful to speak to, good luck trying to get her to understand your point of view. Booked here out of necessity and will not be making the same mistake again.

Dirty rooms, smelly sheets, and blankets. The towels had stains on them, the room just had an over all bad smell. The mattress was stained with someones blood. There were crumbs in the bed, and other people's hair. The drawers had build up of what looked like drugs, and other nasty stuff. If I could give this place a 0 I would. Unless you are extremely desperate, avoid this place at all costs. It's a shame, because it's a great location, it could have a lot of potential.
