Wonderful experience with NORMANDEAU. Gillian came to the house on a snowy February afternoon with several books of fabrics. She got our aesthetic and suggested fabrics that she thought we would like. Eventually pulling out the show stopper! Adrian came to install them - very professional and skillful. We're in love with the finished product and grateful for the amazing customer service. Thank you NORMANDEAU

It was great to work with Pam! She was accommodating with my schedule as well as friendly. She gave inputs and helped us select right drapes and shades to our newly built house. Pat installed our drapes and he was great as well. Pretty much left the place clean and tidy after installation.

I had the pleasure of working with Gillian and it was fabulous. She came out to my house to measure each window, as well as share her expertise and thoughts with me regarding different options for window coverings. She guided me step by step through everything, concluded with a follow-up phone call to ensure I was happy with all of my selections. I can’t say enough about the amazing experience I had and how happy I am with all of my selections. The quality of the product is exceptional and the installation was efficient and stress free. I would definitely recommend Normandeau and use them again in the future!

Pam at Normandeau was the absolute best. She worked around our schedule and even let us look around the showroom and make our selections on a Saturday (Normally closed). We were in the process of purchasing a new home and the one time we were able to get in for a walk thru she made herself available to come in and do all the measurements. Took only 4-5 weeks from first meeting till installed. Not enough room in the review to really explain how amazing the customer service was and the excellent service from Pam.

Great service from start to finish. Pam our sales rep was on time, and brought all the required samples we needed to make our decision. Dwayne the installer showed up ahead of schedule and completed the job efficiently and in a timely matter. no mess left behind. We LOVE our new blinds. 100 % would recommend this team!
