Dr. Ho and her staff are nothing short of amazing!My mom is disabled and they were absolute pros in how they handled her visit, making her feel comfortable. My mom’s situation can be a difficult one to handle but they made it look easy!I also had an appointment for myself this morning and the process was quick and painless. I honestly couldn’t imagine it going any smoother.I really appreciate the quality service Dr. Ho and her team provide. I sincerely wish them continued success in the community!

today was my first appointment here in sometime. i was a little nervous. but from the moment i walked in, the staff was absolutely the friendliest. so welcoming & helpful.& Dr. Ho was absolutely amazing. very polite and patient. she was very professional, and was very knowledgeable on everything she told you. she is so friendly; she went through every step & talked me through it explaining exactly what she would be doing & making me feel comfortable. she did a great job! she truly is amazing.i would highly recommend coming here to anyone.if i could give a 10/10 rating i would!

I have such huge anxiety at going to the dentist after several poor experiences. Dr Ho and her entire team made me feel welcome and comfortable. They went above and beyond to make my experience a good one and confident enough to go back. Thank you so very much.

I am definately not one who loves visiting the dentist, but Dentistry on Parkdale always makes me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Their staff is very friendly and the hygienist is such a pleasure to deal with. Dr.Ho is very professional and does great work if you are looking for a cosmetic fix. I had a tired cap on my front tooth that I was very self conscious of and Dr.Ho addressed it and no one will ever know it’s not my real tooth. I highly recommend this dental office.

Dr. Karen Ho and her staff are super friendly. She makes you feel comfortable and informs you on what she is doing throughout the process. She educates you on maintaining your oral health and really has your best interest in mind. Definitely will be recommending you to friends and family!

I hadn't been to the dentist in a long time and was pretty nervous about going, but Dr. Ho and her team were so friendly, and helped put me at ease. Definitely feel much less nervous going back now.

This was the most amazing dental experience I've ever had. I usually hate getting xrays but Marisa made me feel so comfortable and was so gentle. Jen helped ease my anxiety by talking to me before my appointment and making sure I was okay. Dr. Ho took the time to explain exactly what she was doing during my appointment which helped put me at ease. I can't say enough good things about this office. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has anxiety about going to the dentist.

This is long overdue but my experience with the doctor, hygienists and front end staff were amazing!!! I was extremely nervous but everyone was gracious and understanding! The doctor provided an in-depth explanation of everything and answered all my questions with care in terms I could understand! It was YEARS since I have gone to the dentist and now I'm not nervous at all for my next visit! Thank you all!
