Haven't been here for a while. Hwa was attentive quick and efficient and the food was so good especially the Chicken Pot Pie. It was real puff pastry topped and delicious stew inside. New young gent host was very polite as well and started off our might well.

This was a place where I wondered why should I get pricey rotisserie chicken from. I ordered the chicken and I get it. They offered a chicken that was very well roasted, juicy and served hot. I’ll definetely order it again.

My go to location as it's always fresh and moist when I pick up and take home. Great value for the family pack and I always add in the cheese pierogies. The sauce is the real deal I put it on everything from the bun, fries and chicken. This is a great organized location with plenty of seating and parking space available as it's located within the Hillcrest Mall plaza.

Hwa is a fabulous waitress and a great conversationalist. She made our family dinner enjoyable and was attentive to the kids and made sure we always had fresh napkins and refills.

We didn't made any reservation on Valentine's so we ended up walk out from few restaurants and saw SC and we just said hey we haven't gone for awhile why not go today so we ended up at Swiss Chalet. We were worried that food might be served slow, no seats, long waitings and poor food but actually it was above our expectation and we ended up having pretty good dinner.Quarter chicken might be little small for some but it was enough for me- I was so full^^Kid loved kids menu which come with drinks and dessert.So yes I recommend this SC.Another day..We met Joyce as a server she was really nice. It was busy night but she served all the food quick and warm. Thank you

Very poor quality of food. Our food was served cold and some perogies were still frozen. The fries and chicken pcs also did not look & taste fresh. Chicken also seemed raw.Restaurant seating is dirty with stains.However the server was pleasant.Not worth the money is bringing your guests here.

We haven't lived in Richmond Hill long, but were very happy to see Swiss Chalet was so close. We had our first family Christmas party in 3 years and wanted everything perfect. We went in a spoke with the manager, Wendy directly,, a week before hand to order our party food. She was delightful, friendly and articulate. We touched base over the phone a couple of times prior to the party, just to make sure we were on the same page. She even called after the party to ensure everything was okay! Food was on time, delicious and plentiful! A great party with a lot of happy faces! Thanks Wendy!

I went to this location yesterday and had the fish and chips. We ordered quite a bit of food, love that sauce. I was impressed with the fish and chips and would recommend it. My server’s name was Sharon and she was very friendly and recommended a few items on the menu which we ordered. Could not have asked for better service from her and the food is always fantastic. Look forward to going down again and hope to have a server like Sharon again! Thank you Swiss Chalet!

Terrible first time experience at a Swiss Chalet. Ordered a 2 can dine deluxe and the chicken portion was HALF the size of the amount of fries. In the takeout box that was provided, the entire portion only reached half the height of the box (this is being generous with including the fries).On top of that, the fries portion was severely diminished by placing the sauce in the middle of the fries section.Don’t even get me started on the lemon meringue pie with the RAW pie crust…. Pretty sure, it’s a health and safety concern….When ordering, the server also did not know the answers to my questions, including what was an appetizer (appetizers are not displayed on the menu on the wall) and even offered items that were not actually available...Will never come here again! Such a disappointing experience.
