MB Master

Friendly staff, that work okay-ish and are pretty affordable compare to Mercedes Benz mechanics at the dealership for a reason. Able to get the same service for half the price and double the issue, just know they’re really busy. Communication is an issue, I had quite a few times where I was told it would be done within 2-3 hours for an oil change but when I come back they haven't even started. At least call me if you're busy and you need more time to get to my car.

We were recommended to MB Master by Brad at The Car Shoppe in Whitby. Jordan was great! He repaired our B200 for half the price the dealer in Markham wanted to fix it and they couldn't even tell us what was wrong with it. They said they would start with the starter, $1500 but if it wasn't that they would keep checking other things. We told them not to replace the starter. They had the car for over 2 weeks and couldn't even get it started. We had it towed to MB Master and turns out it was a relay, not the starter at all. And the service technicians at Mercedes Benz Markham couldn't even diagnose the problem but of course charged almost $400 just to look at it and test it"! II am so impressed with the service I received on my Mercedes ML350 last week. While I was driving last week the battery light turned on with a message that was telling me to look at the owner's manual. I called MB Mechanics to tell them what is going on with my vehicle. The gentleman on the phone explained that is was most likely the alternator.  I asked him if he could get me in and out quickly because I had an extremely busy day. Not only did they service my car quickly and professionally......the price was also half what I was being quoted by another garage. I am so happy my nephew recommended MB Mechanics to me.

I had recently gotten my Mercedes glk 250 bluetech serviced at Canadian tire (I know big mistake will never happen again). And they asked me so many questions about basic things a mechanic who has worked on Mercedes should know. They kept me there for hours. 3 days later the engine light comes on. I call this place and speak to Hafiz, amazing person and told me to come in right away, I get there and he greets me in person and immediately gets to work on my car. I barely had to explain anything, he knew everything about a Mercedes, fixed it within 30 minutes, explained everything clearly. Friendliest and most honest interaction I’ve had with a Mercedes mechanic who you can trust. Amazing experience at a great price. 10/10.

Since I have purchased my Mercedes-Benz I only use MB Master for my servicing and mechanical needs. Jordan is a professional, who is very experienced and offers the best quality service. I highly recommend MB Master for all you Mercedes-Benz and other vehicle needs.

Took my 2010 ML 350 Bluetec to MB Master last July 2019 ,because a significant quantity of engine oil was disappearing from the engine every 1,500 Km. There were no oil leaks from the engine, as they have been fixed first.Jordan first replaced oil separator ( $400 cash, no receipt) and result was the same. Took it back to him and he replaced turbo unit ( $1,600 cash, no receipt). Drove the vehicle for another 1,500 km with same result.Went back to Jordan and ,he tries one more thing with my vehicle. He blocked with a C-clamp the oil separator hose and asked me to drive the car another 1,000 km and see what happens.I drove it only 1.6 Km as gas pressure mounted in the engine due to that hose being blocked and all 9 liters of oil were spilled out through the release valve in front of the engine. That is from MB filthy shop down to Bayly St.Engine ran out of oil, overheated and seized in the middle of the road. No power steering and brakes, so my personal safety was at risk.Called Jordan and showed him what happened with his repair" to my vehicle. He never admitted as being his fault and began to sell me a chip story that this is common problem for Mercedes Diesel engines.I asked him to restore the vehicle back to driveable condition

Got some body work done, fixed rear bumper after accident. Job seems ok but pricing on higher end. They completed job in 2 days.Office was a bit shabby, could be better.

I brought my car for an oil change and I must say Jordan is one of the most patient and kind hearted humans I have ever encountered. Customer service is top notched. I definitely will recommend, very trust worthy
