I am a Vancouver resident who purchased a property in Ottawa with Will as my realtor. I was referred to Will by my realtor in Vancouver.The objective was for Will to represent me and arrange the details of a property I would purchase in Ottawa (sourced through Realtor.ca). This was my first property purchase, so while I had done some research I really didn't know what I was doing. Will guided me through the process and introduced me to key people such as a property manager, home inspector, lawyer, and property insurance company.Will is very responsive, even with our time zone differences. He is available via phone or by email seemingly anytime. As I am located in Vancouver he live-streamed an apartment/building tour of the property so I knew exactly what I was purchasing.
