I have lived in the building since 2020. The maintenance of the building looks very good. The maintenance staff does and incredible job, especially when we need any repairs, these are resolved professionally by the Superintendents

I've been living in this building for 10+ years, had a few ups and downs, but overall I love the location, I love my unit, and I love the people that work here. Bob and Rodolfo are great at keeping up with the building maintenance and are quick, efficient and great company to talk to (and have coffee with)! Management is quick to reach and respond to requests as well.The building gets alot of flack with cleanliness complaints, that isn't the management's, maintenance or superintendents fault, it's the cleanliness of each tenant and unit. I personally have had no issues with rodents or bugs.Any problems I have had, Bob and Rodolfo have both come through with any complaint or fix, and have done it well.Keep up the great work guys!

I am renting with Minto in 1229 Marlborough and my experience has been incredible. Michelle and Sandra have been on top of everything. I haven't had any major problems with my apartment, but the tiny things that have come up they have helped me solve in less than 24 hrs. The building team is also magnificent, Bob and Rodolfo are always looking to make our lives easier. I haven't had the pleasure to speak to Bob but I can say Rodolfo is one of the nicest people I have ever spoken to and he is always willing to help.

Minto office staff respond to requests/problems very quickly. They upkeep the building and surrounding areas to the best of their ability. Most residents are polite and respectful. Awesome that the pets are also welcome.

Good morning I am a resident of 1229 Marlborough court for 6 years and I am satisfied with living here everybody is friendly clean and maintained orderly and 2 gentlemen that I had the privilege of meeting Rob and Rodolfo are two of the nicest and respectful friendly hard working guys I have ever met they really work hard to keep the building maintained I see it everyday in all I am very satisfied with the service. Also the management very friendly and respectful especially Jennie wonderful person respectful and caring God bless all of them! I wouldn't be anywhere else! I am satisfied and would recommend Minto! Keep up the good work!

I come to the building often to visit friends and family. The building is always clean and well kept. Bob and Rodolfo are always friendly and willing to help with anything. Whenever I go there it's always a pleasant visit. Keep up the great work.

Resident here for 5+ years. excellent management, very pleasant to deal with and any issues are resolved quickly, great maintenance guys - Bob and Rodolfo get work done and always upbeat about it, excellent guys! Keep up the good work, folks.

We've been living at the property or 2 years now and needless to say that the Management Team has been super duper supportive and been there round the clock as and when I have needed their assistance either in repairs or any other pertinent issues.

I have been living here for 3 years now , and there's nothen to complain about , the maintenance guys are on point , always helpful , and respectful, Bob, and rodolfo are the best , only problem is some tenants need to learn how to clean up after them selfs , and respect the building and what it has to offer , ..... the office is always busy , taking care of their tenants to the best of their capabilities, Sandra is amazing , Jenny stay away from she gets her parking spots all messed up , I've been fighting for a spot , , than I get a spot , and than she turns around and gives it to another tentent, or she will give you a spot in the underground parking , where we'll let's put it this way it's supposed to be private, but people let other people in , and take anybodys spot . Building wise , is amazing , and very clean , office wise , Jenny is not very professional at her job , or she just doesn't care ,
