I have had both my Carpets and Furnace Ducts cleaned by Seel Services(Seel Carpet and Furnace Cleaning) numerous time over the years and have always been greatly impressed by their service, professionalism, honesty, quality and friendly staff and technicians. I have used this company few times but, my last experience 4 months a go was terrible I was told by hope i believe that was her name the owner was gonna contact me to address the issue but, it's been just about 5 months i haven't received a call. Now I am ready to clean my carpet again I am considering going to different company. It's really Disappointing they didn't seem to care to follow up.

I was a bit hesitant to hire Reel Furnace Cleaning at First. But with BBB certification, I decided to give them a try. I'm so glad that I did. Both my husband and I are extremely happy with the services we received. Aly and Cody cleaned our two furnaces and over 30 ducts in a thorough and professional way. Seel's Thursday, Nov 19,2020 Silver furnace and Vent cleaning package with xtra $60 for their brush system! Beware! Horrific work! No covers on furnace hot air vents while blowing vent system with air caused dust from vents to blow all over the house so had to open doors & windows! Tech Luigi argued about using vent covers and was very Rude about it! Then, instead of removing the basement ceiling vents to use the brush system, he broke 3 of 4 vents dropping them down onto my furniture!! He ran the dirty air hose over furniture & the white bedding on my beds! Then he ran the furnace with no filter in it=dust from the house back into the venting and furnace he just cleaned! When I told Luigi I needed his Managers name & # to talk about the amount of payment vs poor quality of work, dust & damage etc he grabbed an integral furnace panel that he had removed to install the 8 suction hose to the furnace plenum and left with it laughingly saying "have fun running your furnace" (knowing it would be -10° that night) then said he didn't break any vents as he walked out and left! I got no call from Seel even though I sent 10 emails over 2 days w/pics. No reply till I emailed re Luigi "Stole from me" at 7PM Friday! Christina called me 8 minutes later! Dan

Facing a dead furnace the day before a cold snap is never ideal. Called Seel based on a referral, Dan, the owner, contacted me directly, went through the various options because it's an older property. Next I heard from him was a text at 9 PM showing the new installation and a note about how they had to make a couple modifications to accommodate changing the filter.Talking to him the next morning he said yes it was late but with the cold coming we wanted to get it done"I have used a number of trades services over the years

Last year I called around and received several quotes for furnace cleaning. These guys had the most competitive price for the services offered. I was happy with the way the technicians did their job and they were very careful to not leave a mess throughout the house. I'm happy with the work that was done and I would definitely recommend!
