Used once before. Very fast. I found out this morning why. ASAP TOWING Driver was going 80 in a 40 on Elgin Street this morning. Driving by school children. Then he ran a stop sign. Total disregard for human safety Avoid at all costs.

I can’t recommend this place enough I was In a collision at Wellington and first commerce in aurora tristan arrived on the scene long before emergency services and was very helpful as I’ve never been is this situation before he took my car to the shop he uses (upper Canada collision) where he put me in contact with owner Sebastian who got me into a rental vehicle the same day both Sebastian and Tristan were very attentive and understanding of my need please use this place for all your roadside assistance towing and accident needs!!

Guy in truck parked at Sobeys in Richmond Hill for an hour gets back to his truck just now, eats a candy bar and proceeds to throw the wrapper out the window before driving off. Was with my young kids, thankful they didn't see it, kind of hard to explain how a grown man thinks it's okay to litter in 2023.

My vehicle was towed to the Aurora location. I released the vehicle, as per instructions. It sat for 2 weeks, because ASAP would not release to the tow sent by insurance. ASAP receives upwards of $60/day to hold a vehicle. So… after many attempts, the car was finally released. Choose another company. I wish I had.

Guys at ASAP helped me out of a jam during a snow storm. Had a truck out to me in 45 minutes during a snow storm. Got me back on the road quickly and kept my snow plow business running. Dealt with Will, he’s solid guy, cool calm and collective. Great experience definitely call them again when needed!

My daughter got into a minor collision on Leslie this evening and Will happened to be driving by stopped and helped her through the process of exchanging information. He also stayed and waited until my husband and I got there. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough.
