adidas Originals Store - Markville

I don't understand this store. I went there to get a normal pair of track pants which is apparently only sold at their performance store as this is only a casual store!? I don't even get how it's casual items when they looked very bizarre and fancy. But what do I know about fashion these days

The manager Jeff helped me to match up my outfits and he is knowledgeable for the characteristic of the quality to get to the comfort level I want. Staffs are friendly, the girl named Rakel was very polite and she smiles at all times

I received amazing customer service from the Manager, Jeffrey, at this Adidas location. He gave me a recommendation for shorts I was looking for and was extremely patient while I took a long time figuring out which shorts I wanted. Would recommend!

not nice cashier white skin skinny young guy who cash me out as I bought 2 items . I showed him the bar code on my adidas app from my phone so I would know how many points I have and if I can redeem any so I can apply it on my purchase BUT he refused it he doesn’t even ask my email address to double check my points or if I have any discounts that I can use, he just said it’s only for student SPC which I don’t understand coz i always used the bar code on my app to collect points whenever I go to other adidas branch. Very arrogant! I felt unwelcome by this specific cashier

What is the point of calling the store to check inventory if the staff does not physically check the item at the store? Wasted my time, gas and effort trying to go there and only get an apology for not doing their job properly. Unable to assist to order it from another store or online order for store pick up. Adidas is behind the game in terms of customer service and accessibility of their products. I am just really upset for rushing there and not able to buy the item.

This Adidas store is the best location I have ever been to. Jeffrey was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service.

Very friendly staff knowledgeable, and their products the store manager Mike was very helpful including his staff. I highly recommend a store anybody looking for Adidas apparel.

Never trust this store, 0 customer service.I just almost 3 weeks ago got the walking shows from this location for my travel on turkey, the first day I found out this shows has problem so after I finished my trip I came back to store to exchange it, but first, the gentleman here who was on charge asked me to call customer service hahaha, he didn’t know before I come here I have already been on the phone with them for an hour and they asked me to go to store for exchange and when I come back here they told me to call customer service we can’t change it!!!Don’t buy Adidas if you buying don’t buy from here…

What an amazing experience. My wife and I visited this store today and had the pleasure of be assisted by Stephan. He was friendly, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about all the products my wife and I were looking at. He helped me with sizing and though I was hesitant with the colors of the shoe I was interested in, they unfortunately not have other variations in stock, however, he showed me other available colors online and placed them on order for me. The manager on duty was Mike, who was also extremely helpful in making my decision. My wife and I have shopped in many various stores and can probably count on one hand where we received service at this level. Adidas Head Office, these two employees deserve a raise for representing your company in this manner. Well done guys and thank you for making this purchse experience such a great one! We will be back.
