I dont give reviews often, but I will 100% give this place 5 stars. My phone broke very unexpectedly and they got the part I needed, in just a days time. And had it repaired the next day, good as new. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place to someone for phone repair, absolutely!

HUGE RAVE to Colchester Phone Repair. I have had nothing but great service and their prices are more than fair compared to dealing with the service provider. This morning I called before they opened just to leave a message, the wonderful woman that takes the calls answered 15 minutes prior to opening and gave me great advice on my phone. I dropped it off by 9am and it was fully repaired by 11:30. I know I am not their only customer, but my phone is used for work and they went above and beyond and the technician who repaired my phone was so fast and nice. I was floored. I took my daughter's Samsung tablet in to get the cracked screen replaced. Since we did not have the time to wait for the glue to set before having to pick it up to head to a scheduled appointment, they attached plastic clamps to adhere the glue to the new screen, gave us instructions for letting it dry before use, and handed it off to us. This was a much appreciated gesture! And, the tablet was good as new when the clamps were removed a couple of hours later after our appointment. Thank you CPR for the great service, quick problem solving and friendly conversation and smiles.

Fast, efficient and courteous service. I took a Samsung S20 with a cracked screen in Monday morning, and basically 24 hours later CPR installed a replacement screen and restored my phone to working order. And very reasonably priced too.Excellent experience.

Phone's screen was busted, I brought it in on a Friday afternoon and had it back good as new after the weekend. If you're willing to pay, they do great work there.

I took my Samsung A11 in for a new screen, and it was fixed, fast. Perfect job, and the tech also fixed a couple of other issues. He sure knows about phones. Really happy with the repair, so thankful I didn't have to drive all the way to Halifax.

i've brought my phone here a few times now and continue to be very pleased with their service! When they couldn't resolve one of my issues they gave me another company name that was able to do so. After taking my Iphone to Apple and being told there was nothing that could be done with it, i'm glad i went to Colchester for a second opinion! 5+ for these guys!
