You know when you go to a store and there is a negative vibe among staff, when you try to make eye contact with a staff to ask for assistance and they pretend they didn't notice you and just walk away?Well, this store is the absolute opposite!Very helpful staff, always cheering, they are literally constantly hunting for customers who are wandering around and need help.Kerry was particularly very helpful. She's knowledgeable, dedicated and very friendly.

The paint department needs proper training.The worst experience I had was with the paint department when I they matched my paint wrong. When I told them after they made the paint to test it on a piece they said they don’t do it here. Turns out that the paint don’t match. Now I couldn’t return it.

I ordered online and received an email that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Chris. Chris was very professional friendly and engaging. We had a short conversation about look alikes. By the way Chris looks like the MMA fighter Jon 'Bones' Jones. Overall a great and positive experience at this location.

Had one of the best Home Depot shopping experience here! Our first DIY landscaping light project and needed support with Hampton Bay light products. The staff here greets customer and approach customers to check in and see if they need help (you don’t have to hunt down an associate like other HD) Glenda, Tony and Annmarie went above and beyond to help me with my landscaping project. They helped me understand the project scope with the materials required- wires, transformer, voltage calculations. Will be back again as service at this store was far superior than the rest.
