Super patient and friendly staff. Its a small family run business but they include some discount and free lesson. It my first time buying an embroidery machine and I asked alot of question. Courtenay was very professional and up to date with the trend and info. Will truely reccomend them to my friend.

Popped in today to drop off my wife’s serger, which is in need of some repairs/servicing.The staff member who assisted me was awesome, and I really appreciated her as I know nothing about sewing.The repair timeline is a couple of months, but that really isn’t the end of the world. They are busy for a reason!Got a great vibe from this store. Worth checking out if you are into this sort of thing

I had signed up for sewing lessons they gave me a date and time. When I showed up on that date it was a Sunday and of course they were closed on Sundays. They said I made a mistake on the date that it was supposed to be two weeks earlier but there was no reminder phone call and when I didn’t show up they never called me but my husband was wth me and we both put the date and time on our calendars so there is no way we made the mistake but they insist it was my mistake. I’m thinking because I didn’t buy my machine through them they don’t really want to deal with me. Very bad business if you ask me.

I was very impressed with the level of customer service from Castle Sewing. It is easy to recommend a place when everything goes well but when things inadvertently go off the tracks and the business goes out of their way to make amends, you know you are dealing with a top notch establishment. My mother doesn't use social media so she asked me to post for Castle Sewing Centre.Mom took her sewing machine there and dealt with a lady (didn't give a name) and says they were wonderful!" The lady fixed the problem and provided her with some good information on how to work the different adjustments. And to top it off

Castles is absolutely amazing! Their staff are so kind and helpful, especially the technicians. They are always ready to jump in and help when issues arise. I have purchased 2 brand new machines there in the past couple of years and I am SO happy with them. I have always felt welcomed when I enter the store. The staff have gone above and beyond to help me when I need anything. I will never buy a machine anywhere else.

My parents used to deal with company, when I was a child, and always had a positive honest experience.Went in today as an adult with my own sewing machine issues and was delighted to learn it is still a family business, third generation. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Cannot recommend Castle enough esp for their service department. Had my vintage Pfaff 7570 in twice at Granville for tune up/repair and each time got it back sounding worse than before. Was told about Castle so figured nothing left to lose. Got him back yesterday and he is literally purring. Hasn’t sounded this good for years - indeed he’s sewing like he did when I first got him AND they charged less! Thank you so so much to everyone at Castle (esp the mechanics/techs). Outstanding service at very very fair prices. Am so relieved there is still someone capable of servicing my machines. If you need a tune up or repair go to Castle. You won’t be disappointed!
