Nice breakfast themed place in South Center Mall. The ambiance was great. We got seated promptly on Sunday morning. The menu was fantastic with pictures. Their drinks were refreshing, and food was tasty. Service could be improved a little. Overall a great experience with family.

On a Saturday, IHOP was very busy which made the service a bit slow. However, the menu offered a wide range of breakfast and dinner options. The food tasted great and the booths were comfortable. The restrooms were not clean, but it could be attributed to how busy it was that day.

The service was good. The food was average, we wouldn't go back, but again, the service is really good. Staff is friendly and nice.We tried the breakfast spread, a burger and waffles with chicken strips. The sausages in the breakfast spread was burnt. The burger was the better option, but it was very under-seasoned.We tried the cinnamon balls and they tasted like fake cinnamon flavor. The kind that's not good for kids.

A visit to iHop was on the tourist tick list.I must say, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant and tables and the friendliness of the staff.The pricing was a little on the higher side, it is certainly a good place for a treat, but not a daily indulgence.The food was okay, we ordered the waffles, pancakes and a cooked breakfast. It was well cooked, it was very standard, nothing to write home about.The food was far from horrible, but there was no wow factor, I could have been eating at any fast food place if I closed my eyes!The reason the food gets 4 stars and not 5 is that they had no Gluten Free options on the day we visited, this was an important part of my friend's diet. And knowing that they had no gluten free items, immediately highlighted that everything had been pre-prepared and reheated.I'm not sure I understand the iHop hype.But the staff were certainly very lovely and hard working!

The lights are very bright - we’re not operating in a hospital, we’re just eating a meal.Food took 25 min and it was a weekend so maybe short staffed?We did get plastic straws though!Food was good

This is a review for the Southcenter branch of Ihop. It was our second time here and we loved the breakfast items we ordered. The omelets are huge, cheesy and flavorful. We had the steak omelet and the spinach and mushroom one. Couldn't finish both of them and had to get them packed. It comes with sides of either hashbrowns or pancakes. We had both and they were perfect, crispy hashbrowns and fluffy pancakes. The best thing was the coffee as they give you a pot to keep right at your table so that you don't have to keep flagging them down to refill your cup. And when I asked for cream, I got enough of those little containers, again not needing to ask for more. Our server was also very polite and fast. Overall, amazing food and great experience. We will be back soon to try the lunch menu.

I went with my family today and had a very enjoyable meal at Ihop. The service was excellent and the quality of the food was very good. Despite inflation the cost of the meals was very reasonable. I found the resteraunt as well at the bathrooms to be extremely clean. There is a large parking lot with free parking. Will definitely go back to this location.

Awful. I did an online order for pickup and not only is my food cold but I am missing food! I’ve been trying to call for over 20 minutes and nobody will pick up. My french toast isn’t cooked nor was the 2 bites worth of mac & cheese they gave me. My right leg is broken so I can’t drive there myself to get a refund for my missing food. Terrible service and food. I can’t believe I spent $50 on this garbage. Don’t waste your time or money.

I love this location and the ambience. It looks clean and everything looked brand new. The steak with options of onion rings or fries on the side with two sunny side up eggs and humongous pancake is a must try. I’m just a little disappointed with the bread they used for the turkey melt. For a good meal like that, they should have used a nicer bread.
