Lifting Level did a fantastic job at my house!Jason came and gave me a qoute(may I add that I thought it was non-reparable and that it would cost me an arm an leg) but the price was more than reasonable.Curtis and Craig did the work and they where fantastic! I received several quotes, from different companies for mud-jacking for my driveway and sidewalk. While Lifting Levels quote was reasonable in comparison, I was happy with their customer service and honesty. They did an outstanding job while staying right on budget! I would not only recommend lifting level.... I would use them again!

I just had my front sidewalk mud jacked by Lifting Level Concrete Solutions and I am Very Impressed with the results.Jason and Craig fought a hard battle with my job and I am very thankful for their tenacity. They didn’t give up.Jason ( the owner/operator) is rock solid guy and stood by his initial quote although the job was tougher than anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves very well. The team at Lifting Level Concrete Solutions did an incredible job of mudjacking our driveway, sidewalk leading up to our front step and our front step! We had so many tripping hazards that it was becoming dangerous for our kids to run around in our front yard. All those hazards are now gone and our concrete is level once again. And we didn't have to spend a fortune to replace the concrete as the mudjacking was the solution we needed.From the initial conversation with the office to the free estimate (pricing was really good by the way) to the work being completed - our experience with Lifting Level was best in class.I have no problem recommending Lifting Level to my friends and family and in fact, some of my neighbors have already requested quotes after seeing the transformation of our driveway and sidewalk. Crew arrived with empty water tank and proceeded to fill it using my outside faucet. I contacted the owner who said he would call the crew and ensure they only used what was required for the job and cleanup. No permission was obtained to use my water. He offered me $3 for the cost of water- totally missing the point. He did not contact the crew. They drove away with their tank approximately half full.The quote was for filling voids under my walkway. One void was not completely filled, the worker told me the mud was flowing under the steps (not sure how he knew this) and did not fill it like the other locations.Photo shows worker cleaning up (walkway ...and wall?) using my outside faucet, also shows the ~ half full water tank.This job was completed yesterday morning. I have not heard from the owner.

We have a concrete sidewalk that needed lifting and we call this company over for an estimate and scopeBeing that the concrete was too reinforced when it was first done this team could not successfully completed the work.What was truly a pleasant surprise was that after having a team of 4 members, with supplies and labour they did not charge for there efforts.Bravo...Being in the service business myself this tells me that this a customer service based culture"I would highly recommend them just on this alone.Because if they make there customers a priority then the work will also reflect a high level of service.D"

I never had a clue about mudjacking and didn't know what to expect but these guys know exactly what they are doing. Great service from office team to the crews in the field doing the work. Very friendly, good communication and a professional job at a affordable price that i am very happy with. Well….excellent work. My 4 pad driveway and sidewalk and house steps were a real mess. They fought a hard battle to get it all level. They had a few issues and were quick to discuss the options and what could be done and not done. Stayed working well past the end of a normal work day to get it all done and cleaned up everything. Great company, super nice owner and highly recommend. I would absolutely book them again.

Would highly recommend! I just bought a house & the driveway was supposed to be mudjacked before I took possession. It apparently was but there were still huge voids under the driveway pads & sidewalk. I’m talking 12+ feet wide and 10 inches deep which left me feeling apprehensive about hiring just anyone. I spoke with several companies & had 3 give me quotes.This company was the obvious choice! They’re a small family company & were understanding. My first contact was with one of the owners, she was pleasant, helpful & got me in for a quote quickly. I had questions for the person who would be doing the work. He was out on a call but phoned me within 1/2 an hour. When he came to give me a quote he was courteous, knowledgeable, confident & didn’t answer me in an arrogant manner, like a couple other companies who spoke to me like I had no clue. Believe me I know more about concrete than I ever wanted to. The job was time sensitive due to impatient real estate lawyers. They were able to get me in on the day I requested. I appreciated that the owner did the work & takes pride in it. He & his employee were efficient & cleaned up when done. This company did what they said they would & the cost was competitive, with a 2 yr warranty. Excellent service!
