Leanne and i changed to Chalmers Fuels the two service guys Arron and Shawn did a great job. They even got my gas fire place to work. I shut off the pilot lite for the summer i should have not done that. They explained why. I went with them because my friends recommended them they said they were very good..Mike the sales representative convinced us because he was was very professional not to mention very nice guy. Had Chalmers retro fit a furnace an ac for me. I cant say enough good things about them. They did an incredibly clean install of the duct work and 2 units. The guys were fantastic and friendly, price was reasonable and it was done when they said it would be. The inside staff has also been a great help as well.Thanks Brad, Chris, Aaron and all the others who have helped me so much along the way!

Mid-January 2019 my propane furnace got red-taged & thank goodness for that . As I live in arental house Chalmers Fuels managementimmediately contacted my landlord ( whowas vacationing in Florida ) & made all thearrangements for a new furnace . Thetechnicians brought in 3 space heaters tosee me thru the nite and arrived bright &early the following morning . By 2:pm thedefective furnace was gone and the new oneup & running . How perfect !This type of service is what you should expect when you're dealing with Chalmers Fuels .

Chalmers Fuels is the notch provider of propane at the Waterloo Rod and Gun Association.During our conversion to a propane fired heating boiler, they supplied a new tank in addition to the tank already servicing the propane fired furnace at the rental house, handled connection to the new boiler and made sure all was in service promptly and efficiently.They are a very cost effective alternative to oil heating, have great sales and Administrative staff, and are most responsive to the Club's needs.

Six weeks of dealing with other companies = no results. First call to Chalmers connected to salesman Matt Dorsch, who gave me understanding, excellent communication, and immediate action. In two weeks situation assessed, resolution determined, and new furnace installed at a reasonable price.Master technicians Aaron and Chris did a complex job with obvious skill and professionalism. Not a speck of dirt left behind!It was a great pleasure to deal with Chalmers Fuel.

Chalmers Fuel representative Matt has been very professional in dealing with our personal propane switch. He was able to offer excellent communication, prompt service and has looked after all of the details. The tank switch out was also very efficient. Matt has ensured that he has kept us well informed of all the steps and offers excellent personal service as a representative of Chalmers. We have also switched our company over to Chalmers Fuel cardlock for our vehicles. We have enjoyed the convenience of their pumps being in prime spots for our vehicles with much better fuel pricing.
