The ladies who run this shop are amazing; very friendly and super knowledgeable. We’ve asked many questions when in shopping for products, and they always have a solution.We’ve only had one time where a product was out of stock when we went in, otherwise they have lots of products available. Highly recommend!

Becky and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. This is a really great shop, they have time to explain things to new potters and have an excellent selection of everything you could want.

This is a place that hardly needs a review. If you're a potter, or work with related processes, you know S&S, and trust Becky to get you the right stuff. I bought plaster here for some years before getting into ceramics. This is one of the cornerstones of the region's creative class. There are few outlets in Canada that supply materials to potters. We're lucky to have them here.

I've been a customer for close to 15 years and not only do they help with all my purchases and wheel/kiln repairs, they also educate and answer questions that are hard to find answers to. Questions about different topics- from building and glazing, to firing and even selling and vendor tips! Selfless and genuine, caring and incredible resource for our pottery community. To have a store is one thing, but to teach and share knowledge, that is what makes them outstanding.Thank you for your continued service Becky and stuff! KW pottery community and our schools wouldn't be the same without S&S. They made pottery accessible for many people who felt intimidated by it.

Excellent, friendly customer service and a good selection of products (at least for a novice potter like me). Very convenient to have access to PSH products in the KW area.

I needed a few things for the studio and happened to be in the area, so l stopped in to have a look. Glad I did. Their inventory was well organized and for a relatively small place, their selection was good. The one person on staff that day was friendly and helpful and I was able to get most of what I was looking for.I would recommend calling prior to your visit or bringing your own dolly and a helper if you need one for loading your vehicle in case there is no one available there to help you, as was the case the day I went.

They have no knowledge of slip casting. Small shop, wish it was larger and had more stock. Had a lot of tools and different clays available though. Overall okay visit. And it was hard to find. Suggest that they get a bigger sign and also parking at back" sign."

Friendly and helpful shop! If you have questions about the products they're able to help. Some items aren't in normal stock but you can order for pickup from the website and they'll be there in a reasonable timeframe. Hours change around holidays. It can be a bit tight to get there when they're open due to limited opening hours. But you're generally in and out quick as long as you know what you want. They're are samples of clays and under glazes and some other products on site to help you chose.PSH clay can be somewhat inconsistent, but I chalk it up to being part of the experience.

These folks are fantastic to deal with. They carry everything a potter could need and are very professional and friendly any time I place orders, pick up or make inquiries. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pottery supplies. Thank you for being here PSH.
