It's nice to see a no frills in the north end. As the name states, there may not be any frills, but it's got what you'd need to do a full grocery shop. There tends to be some misorganized items sometimes, for example organic items mixed with the non organic, making it difficult to know what you're buying in certain cases.Also, the organic section is next to none. Only a few vegetables there.

I like this No Frills. The cashiers are very friendly. They have sanitizers, wipes easily accessible to wipe your cart or clean your hands. Also love it that we need to put in 25 cents to get a cart. This way the plaza parking isn’t flooded with carts where they shouldn’t be. They also price match which is great. The reason I give it 4 stars (and not 5) is because they could do better on quality and shelving. The fruits are sometimes blackish due to mishandling. I picked up a bag of milk and the whole space seamed leaking of milk. I was later told a bag had leaked earlier in the morning (I was there around 4pm) causing the mess. Which is understandable. However more cleanliness can improve the customer experience.

The young blonde cashiers are so rude and unprofessional they racially profiled the brown lady in front of me and were making fun of her, whispering and giggling IN HER FACE!! Insane that this is who you’re hiring to do your jobs. Disgusting filthy people. Never coming here again, I feel bad for the poor lady all she was trying to do was buy some groceries

Its a average No Frills its sometimes hard to find specific items, but have almost everything you are looking for if they make the cashiers little bit more trained it would be a lot better. Its a good location to shop.

Arrived at the store at 8.30 Feb. 17 morning. No trace of the advertised broccoli crowns, not a single Roma tomato advertised in the flyer. 5 or 6 gigantic sized sweet potatoes, had been advertised for .99c / pound, these were soft to touch and rotten in spots. An employee very kindly went to check but there weren’t any in the ‘back’ either. This is a practise at this location.

Went in for turkey yesterday.Sale bunker was more than half full of non on sale birds. 1 /2 hour of my time wasted.Spoke to a customer service rep, they were aware of the issue , but didn't seem concerned .

Is heat a frill? We had to leave because it was so cold inside. The lines were also really long. Glad the prices are (maybe?) better than elsewhere, but don't freeze your customers. Hopefully shopping there in warmer weather is more pleasant.

Last Friday they marked down PC Organic Field Greens and Spinach to $2 for large boxes. This was the best deal I have come across in any grocery store in North America so far. 5 stars for making organic green produces affordable. I hope that this becomes the standard. Goverments around the world should be making this free vs paying billions for COVID testing and vaccines. Thank you.
