They came in and cleaned, they say their work is guaranteed if you tell them within 24 h but after theyre done you can’t text them it’s undeliverable or call. It’s like the block my number. They don’t answer emails either. Many things are cleaned properly. They sent a text from a different number about the star I left and asked when to call. When I replied again not was delivered.

I've used this company for a few years now for regular house cleaning. The cleans are generally excellent and thorough, and the office staff is responsive and efficient. I love the punctuality of the cleaners; they're always there almost exactly when they say they'll be. Highly recommended.

Alejandro from Merry Maids went above and beyond in conducting a move-in deep clean. He was so thorough and came with all supplies needed to complete an efficient and great clean. I will be calling them again next time I need cleaners. :)

Very good and reliable service. Nearly impossible to have a 'perfect' house cleaning service as there is always spots that could use more attention, but very satisfied with Merry Maids.

It took longer than expected to clean the upstairs bathroom - almost a full hour. I had put everything away prior to the cleaning being done adding another hour to the scheduled 3. Otherwise we are very happy with the results. Alejandro is very nice and congenial. We appreciated having him to the work

Cleaner arrived on time and she did a very thorough job of cleaning everything we asked for. She cleaned the oven spotlessly despite it being in a bad shape from previous tenants. Will use merry maids to book again
