Our lawn has looked better and better since using this service.

My husband paid for a package in full and the work hasn’t been done. Our neighbours have had many services done by another lawn care company. We had to call 2 times to get the spring fertilizer applied (didn’t happen until June.13th). Then we had to call another 3 times to ask why the pre summer aeration of the lawn hasn’t been done yet and asked for it to be done. It is June.24th and nobody came. Last time we had to call twice to get the spring fertilizer applied. We asked if they forgot about us? We paid for a package in full (apparently a mistake) to have our lawn ready for summer…but it’s summer now, the money has been paid and the work hasn’t been done. This is very disappointing. Buyer beware!
