I called in, at 10 am, to have my HW heater converted to a power vent model. The job was completed on the same day! Customer service staff and the in house tech were awesome to deal with. Very satisfied with the service, I was surprised they responded so quickly considering it was the weekend. Customer service was very professional and helpful and the repair technician was very helpful and and pleasant. Over all it was a good experience, I recommend everyone to have a protection plan, I wasn’t sure about getting one at first, no one wants more bills than we have to but I’m glad I did. Good job reliance!

The service provided by reliance was top notch. My furnace broke over Christmas and when I called Reliance they were quick to provide service. The repairman they sent, Jesse was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I asked a lot of questions and he was patient and helped explain the process of what was happening and his next steps. Overall, the service provided was excellent. Thank you!

Tech for water heater install was very nice and professional and cleaned up everything before leaving. Only thing I didn’t like about the experience was the upselling over the phone about a heating/cooling coverage plan.

Wonderful experience. From my initial contact with a problem the lady was friendly, helpful and efficient with her time. The service technician was earlier then expected replaced the hot water tank in a timely manner.Couldn't be happier.
