I have fallen in love with this place! I cannot believe that I found “my place”. From INCREDIBLE facials to my first AMAZING hair cut (thanks Maddie!) and Dr. Self is an absolute DREAM. She is brilliant, kind, caring and extremely knowledgeable and has been a godsend for me. A hidden gem in Brooklin that I am so grateful I finally found! Congratulations to them all for creating such an inviting environment to spend time at. ❤️❤️❤️

My daughter and I had mani pedis for her birthday, with Vanessa and Sondra. Not only were they professional and friendly and did a wonderful job ”securing” our nails, given the work we had to do back at the house, they were also community minded. My daughter is new to the Whitby area, and both women provided helpful suggestions for my daughter to check out for dog services, getting work done around the house, etc. We had a great conversation with them. Highly recommended! We will be back, and we will ask for Sondra and Vanessa again. Thank you, you inspired us!

I brought my mom for a self-care pamper day and we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing time! The location is calming, clean and welcoming!We choose one of the spa packages and in it was a relaxation massage and mani + pedis done. Kristy and Sondra were great and really took care of us!I had an inside cut on one of my nails and Sondra was careful around the cut during the manicure to make sure I still had a relaxing experience while ensuring my nails were kept the utmost clean.Their dedication to the keeping our planet beautiful is what I most love. As someone who values brands being ethical and sustainable, it is great to find one that truly is just that.

The staff was incredibly curt and snobby. I don't know where they got the idea that this was some world class spa resort but the way they behaved, you would think that they were doing me a favour by even letting me enter. It was truly a disheartening experience and I will never go back. I recieved the service as a gift but next time I will politely ask for a refund instead.

I go to Brooklin Village spa to get my hair done by Maddie. I have now been going to Maddie for years and is the first consistent hair stylist I’ve had. She always understands what I’m asking to get done with my hair, and executes it perfectly. She also always has great recommendations to elevate the look I’m after. I trust her knowledge and skills and appreciate the kindness she always expresses. She has both coloured and cut my hair. She makes my visit always enjoyable, and I always feel so confident with my hair when leaving!

Amazing Mother’s Day experience at this spa! I had never been and had such a great day! I had a massage and manicure done by Sondra who was so wonderful. I got my haircut and styled by Maddie who understood exactly what I was looking for and was extremely sensitive to a specific situation that makes haircuts difficult for me! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The staff are all extremely kind and the spa itself is so beautiful and relaxing. I would highly recommend this spa and look forward to going back!

Vanessa did my makeup application for my wedding in May and it was FLAWLESS! She took all of my vision for my makeup and made it come to life, better than I could have imagined. It stayed put all day and looked amazing in photos as well, which was my main concern with an outdoor wedding. 10/10 would recommend her to everyone I know.Elizabeth did my hair for the wedding (and will now be my stylist for life!) and it was equally as exceptional. Just like my makeup, it stayed put all day and didn't budge - no fly aways at all.Overall my experience has been amazing with Brooklin Village, and will recommend them to anyone looking for beauty services.
