Kidzone Daycare

I have heard terrible things about this daycare. Safety of a child being one of them. If you are looking for a daycare I would think twice about this one and maybe look at some more for your childs sake. I am not the type to write bad reviews but when it comes to children and their safety and I have heard from a previous client of their's that it was a bad experience and I must say something to make sure parents looking into this daycare, that something could happen to your child that is unsafe. I hope this helps parents that are looking for a daycare for their child/children.

4 years later, still no contact from the daycare for the neglect my grandkids received or apology.I was able to walk out with my grandson by just telling them i was his nana, they did not bother to ask for identification, did not phone his parents to ensure it was ok. They asked if i wanted to take my granddaughter i told them no and they let me walk out the door with him, no questions or verification required. The kids were bullied and the caregivers didn't every stop the older kids from bullying the younger ones. The workers just expected the younger kids to tell on the older ones. Too many kids, not enough qualified workers. Do not place your kids in this daycare. They dont even deserve one star.

The teachers here have really become a second family to my kids since they have been going there. I know that when I leave my children there, they will be well cared for and loved. The centre is always clean, and the children are always engaged in activities every time I stop in. I do not have enough wonderful things to say about them.

I chose this daycare 2 years ago bcz it was close to my house.recently we moved but my kids refused to change the daycare.they really enjoy their time there.staff is friendly and lovely.they offer healthy snacks that my kids really likes.

My son is undiagnosed ASD, and they have been understanding and attentive to all his peculiarities and preferences during this process. They took him in when I had urgent need of care, and every staff member has been pleasant and professional to deal with.

I highly recommend this daycare The staff truly care about the well-being, playful education with variety of activities, and safe environment. My child likes to go here.

My child has been attending this daycare for a year now, he really like this one teacher Crez. My child adores Crez completely, every morning he is excited to come and play with her. Crez took great care of my child, she makes sure nothing happens and that the children are always happy. Thank you Crez!

My son would always be left neglected on his own ostracized from the rest of the children. He would be in a high chair by himself with his back turned to all the other children while they played. And this was somehitn I witnessed on more than one occasions when I wen to pick him up.He would always have a diaper rash when either my mother or myself would go to pick him. I think they would leave his diaper unattended to for most of the day, they would change his diaper just before I would come to grab him. But because I didn't pick him up the same day everyday they would always tell either myself or my mother that his diaper needed to be changed. This was not an isolated event it became a pattern with my son's diaper suspiciously needing to be changed just when someone would arrive to pick him up.The director of the daycare seemed quite apathetic and it is not a daycare I would recommend to anyone. Save your money and look for a better daycare that actually cares about your child or children's well being.I would give it a -5 stars if I could.

My children is attending kidzone from last four yeas. All the staff is really great and welcoming. My children had lots of fun always and they always enjoyed going to the field trips. Staff supervision is so great.staff is always on children's level. Staff always approach to the parents and visitors.
