One of the worst customer service ever. Was standing there inline after another customer just left waiting for someone to talk to me, nothing happened. They ignored me like nobody was there. Never coming back to it

Fabulous pharmacy with an excellent well educated staff who actually put the time and effort into each patients case.Kal is an amazing leader and an awesome representative for this pharmacy. I always hear amazing things about him from his team.We moved to brookswood and still call this pharmacy home. It’s worth the commute.

Came for COVID booster. They refused to do another family member despite calling ahead to ensure it could happen. Waited 45 minutes after the booked appt time while watching three people behind the counter chatting. The pharmacist did little to soothe the nerves of anxious people ahead of us. Not a great environment for anxious people.

My 7 year old has had a high fever last night and throughout the day, I had been unable to leave and look for Tylenol or Advil. My local grocery store was out and the pharmacy tried calling around to other local places with no luck. Around dinner time my Mom came to Pharmasave looking and was told unfortunately they were out. They took time to compound some right then and there and I cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond. Very grateful. Thank you so very much, appreciate what you did for my family.

Blood on the toilet seat an no paper towel to wash your handsSign saying but coming new patients for medical careBut when asking question in how walking in clinc sideIn how its work an how they do thingYour great with with attitude in conviction as if you did something wrong for even askingCold vibes all the way happy to walk out for the tension in the room was unnerving for a medical clincIf that the face of the staff and and attitude and vibrationI do not what to see a doctor that enjoys working with thatOnly 2 starts becuase I dont believe it was race related
