Recently had Brad install a new main control unit on our gas hot water heater, which has given us nothing but problems for years and years. He did an amazing job and was very honest and reliable. The water heater now works amazing! I would recommend him to anybody looking for any heating installations or repairs. Top tier quality, prompt and honest service which is definitely hard to find in the world of heating contractors! 5 stars!

Bryans Heating and Air was recently recommended to me by a large propane company when I needed repair. Brad came out to my property promptly and corrected errors made by a previous HVAC installer. He did an excellent job - he was thorough, courteous, and did not leave any mess - truly a pleasure to deal with! I would highly recommend Brad to anyone wanting work done right the first time at a reasonable cost!

Brad was a life saver. Our A/C went out at the start of a heatwave. I messaged him on Sunday night and he got back to me immediately and offered to come take a look that night. We ended up deciding that our old AC was not worth the repair cost so needed to replace the whole unit. The bigger companies said it would take weeks to have it installed (one even told us that they couldn’t even come give us an estimate until August!). Brad was able to do it that same week. He was professional and wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Brad has excellent communication skills and professionalism, and was incredibly responsive to our construction project timeline. He took care of an old cast iron gas pipe for us that was from the previous gas powered hot water tank, so that we could promptly return to building our utility room enclosure. We won't hesitate to call on Bryans Heating & Air again in the future to maintain the HVAC system in our new home, as our first experience was great. I would recommend this company to others.

Excellent service! He installed new gas line to my range stove. He is reliable, dependable, timely, keeps on budget, keeps you informed every step of the way. Great person to work on your home. Knowledgeable and experienced. The work and end product is neat, clean and top quality. He is helpful, honest and very fair. I will be calling him again for more projects.

I am thrilled with this service call. I am new to Peterborough. Brad responded quickly to my inquiry. Needed gas line to BBQ fixed/modified and needed him to check my gas fireplace to ensure it was working properly. He explained the fireplace workings to me and got the gas line to bbq fixed. I would highly recommend him and his work

I couldn’t say enough about Brad and the way he runs his business. Everything he does is as if it was his own and as I watched him install my new hot water tank I never felt like he didn’t know what he was doing. He explained everything to me regarding operations and at the end he left everything very clean. He is very price competitive and willing to do anything to get your business. If it was possible to rate this business at 10 stars I would and if you’re looking for any of the things he does it is a must to call him.

Since moving to this home three years ago, we have had our furnace/AC unit serviced no fewer than five times with three different companies. Bryan's Heating and Air was the only company that was able to identify the source of the recurring problem. He was knowledgeable and friendly, clearly explained the issue, and checked several times to ensure it was resolved before leaving even though this was in the evening after a long day of work. He even took the time to answer my son's many questions. Extremely reasonable rates and outstanding service. I will be calling Bryan's from now on. Thank you!
