The staff I've interacted with have all been very friendly and, most importantly, professional. I would say that it is high end but reasonably priced, the best of both worlds. Their website is very detailed with the services they provide and costs. The only downside, for clients, is that they are busy so call ahead to secure an appointment that fits in your schedule.

My daughter had a laser hair removal appointment with Christina today and everything went amazingly as usual. The level of customer service, support and attention is unlike any I have seen. The staff are always friendly and the space always impeccably clean. Such a warm, kind and inviting environment. I highly recommend MediSPA Orleans to anyone looking to have an excellent experience.

This was my first visit to Ottawa MediSPA Orleans. The staff were friendly and great to deal with, and it had a nice, relaxed ambience. I had an OxyGeneo facial with Meghan and would highly recommend it. Meghan was fantastic! She was professional and very knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to return.

I switched to this spa because my previous esthetician retired and I was blown away by their service. Sophie made me super comfortable during my wax which was my main concern when looking for a new spa. She was very kind and communicative throughout the process. Highly recommend!

I’ve been seeing nurse Charlene for a little over a year. She’s been fantastic. The spa is clean and the staff are always super friendly. They always have such great promos. I buy my friends/family gift cards from here during the holidays. If you’re in Orleans you definitely need to check them out. The only thing I could recommend to make the experience even better would be an online booking system.

Went in for skin tag removal consult. Ended up getting procedure done. What a lovely staff and manager. Christina took the time to explain the procedure, consult me on other concerns I had, and professionally execute the actual removal which was quick and painless (for me). I love it when Google searches lead me to amazing nearby businesses exceeding my expectations. Thank you!

I had a facial and pedicure which went great. Recommended products didn't however work well for me, and that might just be my skin type. Also didn't like that I could not find information about the products online, so perhaps helpful to confirm the ingredients and suitability for skin type prior to making a post-service purchase.
