Horrible customer service, don’t ever buy Husqvarna you will never get through to talk to an actual person for customer support. I ordered parts through there website and they charged my account 4 times and I can’t talk to an actual person to rectify the situation…

Zero customer service. You cannot reach a live body to discuss warranty issues, just an automated help" (no help) computer voice. Twice I emailed them using "Contact us" and I received no reply. I hope this post saves someone else from dealing with Husqvarna

Another faceless corporation... use to be a name associated with quality but now it's just another made in China piece of JUNK"! bought their Power washer 3200 psi used it less than a dozen times over the past year and now it's seized. AND yes it has oil"

Good products, but lack of communication with their vendors makes them very unreliable. I know there are product shortages everywhere, but I waited weeks for product to then find out the product wasn't available the whole time, but they didn't inform the supplier who I was dealing with, even though they sent multiple emails to inquire. In now waiting again on a product and hoping the same doesn't happen. Better communication would make all the difference.

Bought a saw 4 months ago, thing seized on me. Can’t find a number to call for the life of me. When I tried the useless online help they told me to take it to their warranty people. Just received a call from the warranty people that they don’t know if it has warranty without charging for some time to take it apart. So now I’m out $400 no one to service it. No one from Husqvarna to talk to…. At this point I’d probably be better off just buying a ryobi battery saw, probably more powerful and at least You can get service and talk to people when there are issues

I sent them a coring drill over 2 months ago to be repaired (brushes were sparking). They have not provided any notification if they've received it or fixed it or anything. I have been trying to contact them for the last month to see what is going on. Zero communication, and very difficult to find any support. I will not be buying Husqvarna products for my business anymore!!

Tried to call to get a tire for Husqvarna garden tractor. Automated system directs you to their website, says Have a nice day!" and hangs up.That's great customer service for you! (Sarcasm)"

Husqvarna doesn't care about the customer once your check clears. I know that I will never buy another product from them. Buy your lawn needs some where else. They deserve no star from me. No one even answers the phone . When did businesses get to where they don't care about their customers. No customers no money for the owners of husqvarna. So people please be careful.

I have used Husqvarna chainsaws over 38 years in the tree trade. I am currently going back to Husqvarna as my choice because the competitor is declining in parts/service as well as quality. I used the competitor because of the ready availability of parts.The saws are pretty much equal in all aspects. Husqvarna is a little bit faster, has more low rpm power and a better air intake system. The models that interest me will be pretty much the same high quality that I have experienced in the past.
