The store could not spell Customer Service let alone give you any!!! After giving you the wrong info about their fabric, then telling you you have to buy the end of the roll even if you don’t want it, and finally, I am too busy to help you!!! I found a great way to solve that problem! I left!!!!!

Great selection of yarns of all different weights and colours to choose from. I found some great yarn to make a sweater that was made from recycled plastic and that's cool. The store itself was huge and nice and clean. I'd go back to shop there again.

I love this place. There are so many things to look through ... lots of hidden gems.Update - still love this store. Went in for a rug and they are all reasonably priced!

A Few days ago l bought a pr. of Comfort Socks, upon returning home, discovered they were too heavy for me, as my feet swell.To-day took them back for a Refund, NO SUCH LUCK!!!! Did anyone know SOCKS WERE AN UNDERGARMENT....The Refund of $7.49 will forever be a reminder... NOT TO SHOP AT LENS MILL STORE!!!!!"

Huge store with lots of selection and decent prices. Could use a little organizing and tidying up as it feels quite cluttered. But all in all it's a good place to shop.

Excellent store with so much variety and very helpful staff. I was simply looking for buttons to fix my shirt. I was impressed at how much time the staff member spent helping me find exactly what I wanted.

Great place to find all your crafting needs. Use to go here a lot more but it's become slightly expensive (what hasn't these days though). Staff always friendly and helpful. Only downfall now is that they lost space, it's incredibly claustrophobic, worth it most times. Husband loves their cheap jeans
