Liked the instrucional then followed up with an app that provided video of each excercise and ability to rate experience on pain scale or commentary that was monitored by instructor.Allowed recovery to be a more thorough progressive process.Appreciate the team effort in my recovery.

I'm so glad I found Cornerstone Therapy. Vanessa is an experienced physiotherapist with a professional, patient attitude and just the right touch of humour to help you get over the tough parts. Massage Therapist Kristin is knowledgeable and skilled at her craft, providing a relaxing and effective treatment. Receptionist Victoria always greets you with a smile and sunny attitude. All in all, a warm, welcoming place for health recovery.

I have been coming to cornerstone therapy for about two months now and dr. Newton has helped me tremendously with the trauma I received in my back and neck. I had limited mobility in my back and neck but thanks too dr newton I am healing now and haven’t had any pain in my back for so long or else I would have severe aching pain! Also dr Newton is very kind and easy too talk too and also the receptionist is very kind providing great customer service! Their clinic is so amazing I am now bringing my mom to dr Newton! Wonderful experience from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave! The office administrator is always warm and welcoming with a happy hello. I’ve seen Newton the chiropractor and Sam the RMT - both were knowledgeable, understanding and compassionate to my individual situation. Both of them helped me during treatment and gave excellent after care that ensured I was able to maintain the excellent work they did for me in between sessions!

Kristina Jerry is amazing ☺️ she helped me recover from my wrist injury at work. She’s sweet and really cares about the patient.The lady receptionist is as awesome as the therapist/s in this clinic. They are always so nice.

I have been working with Sam now for the past few months. I had back surgery due to a hockey injury. She is extremely intelligent, professional and an excellent Therapist. She identifies the root cause of any issue, tightness etc and knows exactly what to do to treat and prevent the issue from reoccurring. I'm noticing a huge difference already after just a few months. Having seen many athletic therapists in the past, i would highly recommend Sam!

I have been going to see Samantha Dillman at Cornerstone for well over a year now. It started when I felt an overall stiffness in my joints after joining the GoodLife gym. A trainer sent me to Sam to try fascial stretch therapy which has been incredible at relieving and handling my joint stiffness. I've also had a knee and back injury during this time and Sam knows just how to treat me so that I leave feeling so much better. If you're looking for a qualified and knowledgeable therapist in this area, she's the Best! Thanks also to a very efficient Victoria at the front desk!

Dr. Tom and Dr. Newton are simply amazing. I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. They have worked miracles with me, and I daresay you're not going to find better chiropractors anywhere in the entire province. They truly care about their patients' all-around well-being, and they're not out to empty your pockets. Their prices are extremely reasonable for their remarkable quality of care, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have had the pleasure and privilege to be treated by Samantha on and off for years now. As a personal trainer and former athlete myself, new and old injuries tend to pop up so Sam has always been my go to person to get treated by and also to from learn along the way. I never hesitate to recommend her to my own clients as all come away with value from each treatment plan and she helps me better understand ways to help them when back in the gym.

I've gone here to see Sam quite a bit. Whether it was soreness from working out, helping me overcome a few different injuries, or preparing for events, Sam always knows what to do and does it well. I have seen quite a few athletic therapists and Sam is by far the best! Her experience and knowledge are second to none, she is very professional, takes the time and care to answer questions and concerns, and is s very great person to deal with. I can't recommend her and Cornerstone enough.
