Nova was an absolute delight to work with! My wife and I were fortunate enough to have her capture engagement photos as well as wedding photos, and they are simply stunning! She is a photographer that brings so much creativity and uniqueness to the photos she captures, which combined with her unparalleled professionalism, captures moments of your special day that you can't wait to share with your loved ones! We can't thank her, and her second shooter, enough for making our wedding day just that much more special!

There are so many decisions to make when wedding planning but choosing Nova to capture our special day was the easiest decision I made. I have always loved her style but our wedding photos exceeded my expectations. She really captured us, individually and as a couple. I look at our gallery and wedding album regularly and can’t get over how beautiful her photos are and can’t thank her enough for capturing all the details and memories of a day that goes by so quickly.

My family and I used Nova for our newborn shoot back in August. We did not have an ideal birth and Nova was nothing but flexible from the start. She was willing to work with a date for my family and I when I finally felt comfortable. We had decided to do our photos in home and Nova was able to make our entire home (and nursery) look like it was out of a magazine even though it was unfinished. She has a creative eye and was able to capture our dog in photos who had just passed away as well. Above being a photographer, she was extremely helpful with my daughter with swaddling her, positioning her and making her look cute as a button. Her attention to detail goes above and beyond and I am so glad we decided to use her. I couldn’t pick a better photographer to take photos of our growing family and of our daughter over the next year. She is the best!

We can’t say enough great things about Nova and her assistant Aroha for our wedding in June 2018. We wanted a fun and exciting photographer to capture our special day, and they were exactly that. Both were very enthusiastic and they were able to capture a lot of what we wanted in a short amount of time. It did not feel rushed and they allowed us the time to enjoy every moment. Nova was extremely professional, helpful and friendly throughout the entire wedding planning process. She was extremely quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. The photos we received are amazing. Our friends and family have had nothing but compliments on the final product. Nova was the photographer for a wedding I was in back in 2018-- that was the day I decided Nova would be my wedding photographer when I had my special day.Four years later, it was the moment! The day I booked my venue I also booked Nova because I could not risk her getting booked up.Her photos speak for themselves, they are stunning! She gets all the shots, even ones you didn't know were possible. What makes having Nova apart of any special milestone is that you truly have a friend with you capturing your day. Nova genuinely cares about making her shoots special and having fun while she does it. Having her shoot our wedding she was extremely organized, professional and helped the day run smoothly while managing to capture all the moments.Jonathan was the second shooter Nova had work with her the day of our wedding and he was such a joy to have around on our big day. When you dream about your wedding day, you dream about all the details - the flowers, the colours, the dress, and most importantly, the person you'll walk down the aisle to. When it comes time to actually put all these pieces together, it can be daunting and overwhelming task. Decisions, decisions, decisions. The easiest decision for me (other than the man I was marrying) was choosing Nova as our photographer. I knew I was making a smart choice I wouldn't regret, especially leading up to the wedding as I continued to see all the amazing photos she had shot in the previous months of other couple's weddings - they looked spectacular and the other couples sounded so happy with her work. When it came time for our wedding down in sunny Los Cabos, Mexico, both Nova and her second shooter, Matt (also her husband), were both absolutely spectacular to work with - they were directive, took charge - but in a friendly way - and got everyone feeling comfortable and good about taking photos. She also moved us through all of the family photos, and different poses effortlessly. We were having so much fun taking photos together - it felt natural and easy! That's exactly what you need on your wedding day - to feel like things are effortless, and you're having the best day ever, which I was. Lastly, Nova's work speaks for itself. When we got our photos back we were ecstatic. They were every bit as good as we hoped for and beyond. I 100% recommend Nova and will be using her for many years to come for each and every photo opportunity I have!

Nova is amazing! I can't even put into words how happy we are with our wedding photos, she makes you feel so comfortable, creates an easy-going, fun environment and captures the most beautiful photos. Hiring Nova was the easiest decision I had to make!
