My one star is sad because it doesn't even want to be on this awful business review. ZERO STAR is what you guys deserve!You guys should really need more training in customer service so you can respond in a polite manner when a customer calls and asks questions about your services.The lady who takes the phone calls has such a disrespectful and vulgar demeanour when speaking on the phone.My dad first called, and asked for the owner (mentioning the owner's name - he had dealt with him a few years back), but the lady on the phone outright said that such a person doesn't work there. This was weird in itself, but he moved on.My dad isn't familiar with the imperial system and inquired to the lady using the metric measurements.Her response? Inches?"My dad goes on to explain that he only measured it in meters as he isn't familiar with imperial system

We got quite a few quotes and nobody can beat their price for zebra blinds, we could have done with a cheaper quote for faux wood/roller, but I just love the functionality and look of this blind, also super easy maintenance. The turn around time was also the fastest, from quote to installation was around 3 weeks. We got regular ones downstairs and black out ones upstairs for the bedrooms, both looks really nice. Just a side not that the black out ones won’t be sufficient if you have a baby. Overall, we highly recommend Royal blinds.

Overall a great experience from beginning to end! The rep came to my home to assess my needs and provided the best suitable fit on the spot for the replacement of my 8 year old blinds. I chose the zebra blinds. The new product is high quality. Installation time within 3 weeks. Very efficient service which I appreciate and would recommend this company.

The pricing offered by Royal Blinds is very competitive and overall, we are quite happy with the product.We do however have a couple customer service related issues: 1) We were told our blinds would be installed on a certain date, but were advised two days prior to the installation date that they would be installed a week late due to the Lunar New Year holiday in Korea. We were told this after I contacted Royal Blinds to inquire about the status of our order as we had not heard from them; 2) The staff communicated with us both via text and email, which did make things a bit more complicated at times; 3) Before the installation, I was told that I had to pay the remainder of the total cost (I had already gone into the showroom and paid the deposit for the blinds). When I asked the staff member how I could pay, I was advised I could either come into the showroom or provide my credit card information via text. Since I did not feel comfortable providing my card info via text, I opted to come into the showroom to pay. During installation, I was told by the technician that they actually have a portable debit/credit machine they can bring to installation sites, which is frustrating as I was not informed of this prior to making another trip into the showroom; 4) For quite awhile after the installation, I have been finding little sharp metal shards all over the floor and in our living room rug that had not been cleaned up properly.Issues aside, I do want to stress the positives of the product itself. Our blinds and screens are clean and modern in appearance, meet strata regulations for our building and suit our place really well. They also do help retain heat in our place a lot better than what we had previously. The pricing offered by Royal Blinds was also far better than any other companies we looked at. Installation was quick and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable, even taking time to address a concern we had regarding our order and fully explaining things from a technical/functionality standpoint. Additionally, I quite liked that the same technician who we had our consultation with was the same technician who installed our blinds and screens.

We had a skylight blind installation put in before the holidays. The product is great quality, and Marcus was terrific to work with. Product arrived in 2-3 weeks, and install was quick and very clean. We're very impressed and plan to have Marcus and team back to put venetian blinds in our living room. Great company and people to deal with.

Needed screens for windows and patio door upon moving into my home as previous owners did not have any in and I was nervous to leave my windows open at risk of stink bugs or other pests coming in. I luckily contacted royal blinds at the tail end of their summer season after reaching out to many other screen and blind providers in the area. Some did not have screens to fit my unique sized door frame. I went with a basic window screen and retractable screen door that matched my patio. Royal blinds had quick service came to give me a quote and within a few weeks returned for an installation. Upon comparing prices with others, they were very much in line with others maybe a tad higher but was worth it for the quick, efficient and reliable service. Paid about $850 for screen for window and door and installation. Also advised how guests may walk into screens and how to prevent. Came with 2 year warranty. Would recommend to others in the trinities.
